I called 1-800-829-1040. I didn't press 1 to check refund status, I pressed the number to gp on a payment plan for a bill. I was on hold for about 15 minutes.

Thanks! I'm on hold right now. My return was accepted on 2/11 btw, so hopefully I will get it soon.

I also got my NJ State refund yesterday. I used TaxAct.

For the first time ever (for me, anyway), NJ sent my refund before anyone else. Mine was deposited yesterday.

Same boat as many of you. Accepted on 2/4 - still waiting. I won't obsessively check, but I do have a few things I wanted to take care of with that $$.

WMR finally found us and we finally have a date of March 6th. Taking their sweet time, aren't they? I have plans for that money!

After weeks of no info we finally got a scheduled date this morning too.. can you guess what it is???... March 6th. Shocking I know. I swear they went in last night and put that date for every single person waiting for a refund to shut us all up.

That's funny! I just checked today. I sent it 2/2 and it says I am getting my refund on 3/6 also.

I looked this up a bit today because I didn't want to have to call the IRS, but I ended up having to call any ways.

I filed and got accepted on the 9th, and after a couple of issues with the WMR showing a date, it came up as 2/28. I did my boyfriends return and mine on the same day, and we both had the same. Two days later, it changed saying it would come in on 2/21. It didn't, not that I'm surprised with everything that's going on. I decided to call, just to make sure and was told the WMR is going crazy this year, and that mine should be dd on 2/27.

I also read that returns that were filed between 2/2-2/7 are the ones they are having the most issues with. There seem to be a lot of people with returns that aren't showing up with those dates, so don't be worried if it's yours. Apparently the IRS just had some sort of issue during those dates. Doesn't that make you feel better

This is the first time in 6 years we are getting a refund...and my file date falls right smack in the middle of the *problem* dates. Fabulous.

I got behind in schoolwork, or we would have been in the middle of that mess too. My boyfriend kept harassing me about doing them, and I didn't have a spare second. Glad for once I procrastinated.

All i know is our taxes were done Frid 2/10 after 6pm. Lady told us she would turn them in the nextweek and we would get our return on the 22nd. Well we have our direct deposit. We wait until the 22nd and crossed our fingers the $$ was deposited that day. Well it wasnt because our state and federal were deposited in to our saving on the 16th and the 17th-lol! We laughed about it because we had a 3 day weekend for presidents day and we didnt do much because we thought we were broke-lol!

Filed with turbo tax on 2/15 accepted 2/15. WMR stated deposit 2/23. Happy to report that deposit has been made

After showing 2/21 all along, even yesterday morning....my WMR page now shows an expected deposit date of 2/27.

Hopefully it doesn't change again....

That's so frustrating!

We're going on a cruise on 3/11/12 and would like to have a little more spending money. Ours was supposed to be deposited on 2/22 but nothing so far. I'll wait until 2/27 before I call though because that's what the WMR says.

My WMR now says that it should be deposited by 2/27, and if I don't have it by 3/3, to call my bank and make sure it's not an issue on that end. Huh? And not to call back until 3/3 because they can't do anything about it until then.

For the record, 3/3 is a Saturday and neither my bank or the IRS is open on Saturday.

Filed/accepted 2/3. Yesterday WMR FINALLY gave 3/6 for DD. Checked again today and it now says 2/27. . .YAY!

We always get a big refund, but we are changing our withholdings this year. Might as well keep our money and let us earn interest on it instead of the government. Plus, I won't have to worry myself to death over when/if I will get my money back!

Filed and accepted on 2/2. Got state refund back last week. WMR said 2/21 then 2/14 and then today says 2/23 so who knows.

Just an update my refund did indeed come on 2/23
