This thread has become much funnier than I expected! :thumbsup2

Sorry but I am not your researcher. The links can be found as well as the proof, it is out there!

I have already done the research but it is obvious that you have not. That is clear based off of your inability to provide proof.

I guess I am really not that shocked. Most people would be unwilling to actually do the leg work to see if the science backs their claims. They would rather listen to biased documentaries that are based on cherry picked "research" that is flat out terrible. Usually they base all their claims on one or two studies that have a low N or depend on self reporting without being able to control for variables.

Which is why I wanted a link to the "science" that you feel supports your claims.

But it speaks quite loudly that you are not willing to... and I think that is because you don't have it.

Well if you have this research and are unwilling to share it, the same can be said for you. So you might as well be ignored. Good evening!

Got to see the documentary "Fed-Up" last night about the effects of toxic sugar on our society. It is so great and an eye-opener. I hope someone has the guts to go after industry the way they did after big tobacco!

You need to watch Waiting for Superman. I'm glad someone had the guts to go after that industry. :goodvibes

Personal responsibility people. Nuf said. It's not the companies......it's you. Calories, fat, sugar, and carbs are listed on every package. If you go to disney and get a fried anything....DUR it's terrible for you. If you pick it up and stuff it in your face no company MADE you do that. Everyone needs to quit the blame game and take some PERONAL RESPONSIBILITY!!!

The day they add HFCS to fresh fish and kale I'll start worrying.

Why? Is there some sort of effect of second hand Sugar Breath we're not aware of?

YOU made the claim. Therefore the burden of proof is on YOU. And extraordinary claims such as sugar is toxic require extraordinary proof. Proof so far that you are unwilling to provide.

If sugar were truly toxic as you claim, we'd all be dead.

Chemically, how does "toxic" sugar differ from "natural" sugar?

Come on, the OP doesn't care about science. Just about making blanket inflammatory statements with no back up. This thread has gotten very entertaining.

Maybe we can try and prove second-hand obesity. Then, insurance can pay for lapband for everyone! :lmao:

Gwyneth Paltrow says sugar is poison and doesn't allow her family to eat refined carbs or sugar...I don't need any more proof than that ;)

If it is good enough for Apple & Moses who I am to judge.

Makes about as much sense, maybe more, than other "facts" on this thread.
