February...What to Pack???

We usually go down to WDW in warm weather months, so I don't know what to pack for this trip. How is the weather??? Here is what I'm planning on packing (for 9 days):
2 pairs of shorts
3 pairs of capris
2 pairs of jeans
9 short sleeve shirts
2 sweatshirts
1 bathing suit
1 pair of flipflops
1 pair of sneakers (maybe I should throw in an extra pair???)

Is this ok???

Also, will we need sunscreen, sunglasses, or bug spray????

Any other suggestions????

That looks good and if you have room, throw in the extra sneakers.
Layers are what you want because while mornings/ evenings can be chilly (or downright cold if the weather turns) days can be nice and warm. So depending on your chill tolerance the men in my family would wear shorts, shirt, sweatshirt to start, while I would start in capris, shirt, sweatshirt. On days the weather would be colder, we started with the pants and possibly a jacket or 2nd sweatshirt. That way these things could come off during the day and go back on at night
Also, you still need the sunscreen and sunglasses and since the bugs like me and my one son, we needed the bug spray as well (especially around water areas like the jungle cruise and other boat rides) Also, don't forget the ponchos

I'm right there with ya... not really sure what to bring, i guess i'll wait a day or two more and check out the 10 day forcast on weather.com to see how it looks!

Make sure you pack a coat. It is getting cold again and you never know when it will be cold in February. Saturday is going to be 37 degrees at night. That cold is damp and seems to penetrate. Bugs are not a problem right now. The UV is low but you should always use sunscreen.

Other than the coat, you should be good.

we got back 6 days ago and it was pretty chilly, and sprinkled on and off. I admit, I am a wimp when it comes to the cold but ds5 and I were in jeans, sweatshirt and a jacket! I took the jacket off if it warmed up. It got up in the 60's during the day but w/sprinkles on and off...it was cool. We also went on the cruise so I had no idea what to pack... we ended up not touching our shorts at all. I am very glad I broke down and bought crocks though. The first day I wore my tennis shoes and my feet were so sore and swollen. From then on I wore my crocks. Much more comfortable! We didn't need sunscreen at all or bug spray. I don't leave w/o sunglasses for everyone. But, like Ohio, the weather can change so fast. It was chilly and cool when we were there but next week...it may be sunny and 75 Good luck and enjoy your trip!

I would MOST DEF pakc a couple extra pair of jeans, if you have room. I only say this since it's getting pretty nippy here this weekend.

My family is going this weekend, and I packed her HUGE winter coat for my daughter. She's two, and I never know how cold she is.

To me, it's cold. But then again, I live here and this is freezing for us.

I was there the first week of Feb and it was cold. It was about 61-62 degrees and right now it looks to be about the same.

For me, I like to pack light and I don't care if I wear something twice(as long as it's still clean). I would take a few less t-shirts and only 2 capris. Maybe add in a long sleeve t-shirt. In your 9 day trip I would guess that you could do a load of laundry if you had to. I always make sure that all the clothes I take are mix-and-match.

Also, pack ponchos or a small umbrella.

looks like this week 2/18-2/23 it will still be kinda chilly, but the next week 2/23-3/3 is looking up according to weather.com it will be in the high 70's low 80's and night time low 60's not bad at all, definatly don't plan to take the coats just light jackets, and sweatshirts and layers are a must!

I would pack an extra pair of sneakers. We got some pretty decent rain last week and thank goodness we each had an extra pair to wear the next day.

It was fairly cold when I was there and I wore jeans the entire time. One day the lows were in the low 40's. I packed a pair of shorts, but never wore them.
