February Weight Loss Challenge - Keep the Momentum!

I'm down 2.5 more pounds - so far 7.5/12. I will weigh again Monday and keep my fingers crossed I at least hit 8 of 12 for the month.
 
Wow.... so many of you are having great weeks/great month! I hope I do as well this Friday on the scale! Keep going folks!.................P
 
I just wanted to tell all of you that even though I don't post (I do post over of minutes of exercise per month) here I do get inspiration from your successes! Good work!

Lost 3.6 this week. So that's 8.2/8. Yeah!:yay: Best of luck to everyone.

Awesome job everyone! We have many goals met and a lot of losses!:thumbsup2

I had a gain last week (stress eating), then a loss this week. I'm nowhere near my goal for the month, but am hoping to get half way there by the end of the month.

I've had a really stressful, difficult couple of months for many reasons, and I battle with emotional eating. But after the death of my FIL this month, I am becoming refocused. It's sad that it would take something like that to center me, but it did.

I am down 3 this week. That brings me to 5/8. I'm sure that I won't make goal, but considering that i had 2 maintain weeks in there, I'm fine with that. Actually, more than fine as today's weigh-in brought me under 200!!! :banana:

I'm down another 4lbs-- so that puts me at 5/5--- Goal for this month:banana:
 
I lost 2/5 lbs this month, which is not bad, considering. I only weighed myself once this month (last time before today was the end of January). I continued with watching my diet and exercise, of course. At this rate, I should make my goal by June.

Well, I did lose one more at today's final weigh-in for the month so I'm ending at 6/8. Not bad considering I started the month with many days of maintaining. I was considering going for 5 for the month to begin with so I guess I met that goal. I'll have to think about March now.
 
Down another 1.2, which puts me at ....

9.45/10

So I miss my goal for February by about .5. Not too shabby, but really wish I had made the goal. I got on the scale again after waiting about an hour and using the potty and it showed a lower number, but then I got on the scale again after my shower and it showed me back at the original number... so that is what I will stick with. I don't usually play the "scale game" with myself, but I have a have a new digital scale and I wanted to check how accurate it was. It weighs about the same as my old dial scale, but is much easier to read. Good luck to every one else!...........................P
