I am down 0.4/5 this month. Slow start and hoping to kick it up next week.

That's a great poem, lajones. After doing this for so long, I know, for me, there is no way I will lose more than .5-1 pound per week, and keep it off.
Slow and steady is the way to go!!!

Well... considering how great I did in January, February is off to a bad start. I am only down 1 1/4.... but at least it is in the right direction!
Guess I am going to have to kick up the exercise and drop the calories a notch or two!.............P

I am 2.8 / 6 - guess I forgot to check in last week - I only had a .6 loss this week, but 2.8 for the month so far - hope I can make those 6! Guess I'll have to be good at *$ tonight after school !
