A 2 bedroom will be pretty easy to get at 7 months for either time. The only category that may be gone is the standard view.
There won't be any closures around the island. It's a popular tourist spot all year. The only difference is that other beaches around the island will have bigger waves in February. Aulani's beach is protected, so it won't make a difference, but if you're planning on snorkeling around the island then it's better to do June.
