February question

Im sure youve been asked this a billion times, but when is the best week to go in February. Im planning a big family trip for 2008 and we are trying to decide which week to go, weather will probably not be an issue. My main concern is crowds. I do realize it is WDW so there are going to be crowds but when might be the best time to go to make them manageable?

The week around President's day can get pretty crowded . Up here alot of schools get that week off and there is also spill over from the Daytona 500.
