February- President's Week

oops - EMH are Sunday so it must be the 15th - we have planned all our dining around EMH making sure we are in the right park on the right night.

Were going to be at SSR that week too!!!!!! Its our first time there and were really looking forward to it.

THe weather really varies year to year so it might be warm enough to go to a waer park. Besides the resort pool downtown disney is right there and they have A LOT to do.

We have 6 teachers in our family and have been at WDW on President's Week for many, many years. Amazingly, I've noticed that TouringPlans.com predicts much lower crowds this year than on years past. When it coincides with Mardi Gras it is a nightmare. Mardi Gras is the next week this year.

Last year I remember seeing a lot of 8's and 9's! Except for the weekend these numbers are not much different from the week before President's Week. So hopefully it won't be too bad this year.

Those numbers just put a huge smile on my face!!!!!!!! I really hope they stay that way.

We're taking an alternate Feb vacation. Not due to the crowds -- nothing is like Christmas week, and if you use TGM, you're golden.

Our alternate vacation is flying Direct Air out of Worcester to Sanford. SWA was just too dear for us, we planned to drive until the announcement of Direct Air came out. Then we're headed to Vero Beach for the first time. Looking forward to lots of R & R, hopefully with some sunshine.

This winter has just been too cold, icy, and snowy. We may spend Friday and Saturday near WDW.

but they were updated and my smile went to a frown very quickly!!

Good Luck with those 16 yos! Somehow Disney ams don't seem as early as home ams - just can't figure out why.

yeah - saw that, i called yesterday for more adr, and spoke with a CM about, he is not sure why MK is so early all week. on Sunday, 2/15, it is open until 3:00am!! that's what we are looking for! WE are just a day late! bummer. I was originally booked to arrive that day, but my cousin through in a wedding on 2/14 2 hours from my house, so moved the trip a day later!!! uggh!
