February Exercise UPDATE P.33 POST 486

60 mins. stairmachine for me today! that puts me over 90%! 933/1000.
 
Well I'm only at 570/900. I won't make my total for the month but I'll hit it close I think. Had some bumps again this week.
 

Checking in from home - I am at 1090/2000 min for the month so far.

Does not look good for me making goal for Feb. This will be just my second miss since I started these challenges in Aug 2004. Between MIL's passing, me being sick, and Feb beiing a short month I will not beat myself up over this one. I will try the best I can for the rest of the month to get in what time I can but I really want to get feeling better physically before I push myself too much. I figure if I can hit 1500 min with the time I have missed I will be doing OK. March is just around the corner and will be a fresh start for me.
 
30 minutes each the past three days....for a total of 395/1000. If nothing else, I'd like to hit my halfway mark before the end of the month!
 
30 minute walk for me this morning so I'm now 640/600

Realized I was down to only needing 95 minutes. Last night I did 30 minutes Pilates. Today is 30 minute step class and I did 60 minutes on the tred-mill. So I met my goal of 1200!!! And then some. :cool1:
 
Yesterday I did my 40 minute walk, plus 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes jog/run intervals on the treadmill. I'm almost at my goal! :woohoo:

Look at everyone go! I'm already starting my plan for March. I'm so glad I came across this board, it's helped me stay motivated. Even on my worst days I still muster up the energy to get some exercise since I know at the end I'll feel better. There's something to being accountable to other people and sharing your successes that makes it easier to find the energy. Keep it up everyone! Last night I did 60 min of Firm Max Cardio bringing my total to 815/1000. Almost to 90%...
 
Was able to get in 20 min. of weights last night, only could do 30 min of cardio today before I felt ill. I must be coming down with something - 2 of my kiddos are sick right now so I wouldn't be suprised. After two days of setbacks, I don't know if I can reach my goal now. :worried:

Finally, finally, FINALLY have something to report - another 30 minutes of exercise. Planned to do more, but the computer at the gym broke. :( Yes, I actually got myself to the gym tonight. :cool1: That makes a total of 90 minutes for me, for the month of February. Sorry for bring the challenge's stats down. :worried:

Sooo close! I only did my 40 minute lunchtime walk, so that puts me at 1485/1500. I'll bust through my goal today! :thumbsup2
