February Exercise UPDATE P.33 POST 486

Didn't get too much time in today, only 35 minutes. So far, 325/800, way better than I expected at the beginning of the month.
 

Cam, thanks for the PM. Sorry I have not been checking in. DH's 89 yo mom has been in and out of the hospital the past few weeks and that has taken up all my computer time. He is off to Brooklyn in the AM to see her. I have been exercising a lot - helps to relieve stress!

I have 750/2000 min so far for Feb!
 
Got 60 minutes of strength training in today! :cool1:
 
Please add 300mins to my finished exercise minutes. Thank you
 
I'm at 225/1000 after riding my exercise bike this morning.
 
Yesterday was a 40 minute lunchtime walk, 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of jogging at 5mph on the treadmill!

whew - I am glad to be at the computer to say that I am done! 5 miles of tming (73 minutes) and cool down walk and stretching for 32 minutes got me
105 for today ..............

510/1200 thus far!!

I should be able to make my goal (with one day off a week) at a 50 minute per day average..............doable :teeth:

Did 25 minutes of exercises and a 95 minute walk..brings me to 460/1000!
 
Please add 50 minutes for me today. Did exercise bike and some lower body weights.
