Cam, thanks for the PM. Sorry I have not been checking in. DH's 89 yo mom has been in and out of the hospital the past few weeks and that has taken up all my computer time. He is off to Brooklyn in the AM to see her. I have been exercising a lot - helps to relieve stress!
whew - I am glad to be at the computer to say that I am done! 5 miles of tming (73 minutes) and cool down walk and stretching for 32 minutes got me
105 for today ..............
510/1200 thus far!!
I should be able to make my goal (with one day off a week) at a 50 minute per day average..............doable
