Hi Cam :wave2: Can you please include me in this challenge. I'm on a nursing placement right now, I'm on my feet from 7.30 - 3.00 pm, with a 20 minute break, so I really don't feel like exercising when I get home! If I join this challenge perhaps it will help me to stay accountable :rolleyes2 I will shoot for 1000 minutes.

Hi, everybody! Welcome! Well, I got up at 5:15 and went to the gym. Figured I'd start the month off right. I did 45 minutes of strength training/weight lifting. Hoping to get back tonight for a 1 hour yoga/pilates class.

Ok, I failed miserably at my last exercise challenge, but I'm pulling myself up by my bootstraps and trying again. Put me down for 600 minutes please (short month) :)

I did exercise last night and challenged my dh to exercise EVERY day in February even if it's just 20 minutes on the treadmill. Gotta start somewhere.

So I'll do this challenge and my dh challenge! :) Oh, and maybe the kitchen is closed challenge. :)
 
Ok, I got off my butt and did 30 minutes of WATP.

So I'm 30/600! :)
 
I'm new to this but sign me up for 750 for February! :yay: I went to BoSU class this morning, so I'm already 45 minutes down! :yay:
 
I'm game -- joining my October cruise friends in this challenge. Sadly, it's been a while since I joined in on one. So, I'm going to start low as we just changed gym memberships and have to go through orientation before I can really get in the swing of things.

Please put me down for 600 minutes this month. It's enough to jump start me and it's 600 minutes more than I committed to last month. :cheer2:

what! i'm not in the challenge??? of course I am

i finished strong in January and intend on continuing my MFM schedule for the Columbus 1/2 marathon this month -- i didn't add up the minutes but there are a couple longer walks, shorter month -- i'm going to call it 1350

today I was at the fitness center so i'm already 60/1350
 
I'm in for 1200.
Gotta be seen in public in a bikini 11 days after this challenge. :scared:
