Thursday, Feb 23 - 40 minute Dance Party 2. I wasn't sure if this was going to be a good workout, but my heart rate was up between 130 and 144 the whole time. According to my cardiologist, my max heart rate right now is 138. Oops. I'll need to pay closer attention to my monitor next time. It was lots of fun though.

Feb. 17 - 40 min. strength (Pilates)
Feb. 22 - 55 min. cardio (Nordic Track and bike)
Doesn't look like I am going to make my goal this month.
But you've done 415 minutes of exercise this month and that's 415 more than a lot of people would have done. That is something to be proud of.


2/22 75 mins cross ramp and elliptical
2/23 60 mins; 30 cross ramp and 30 boot camp

Well, the only exercise I'll probably get today is walking through the airport terminal and from check-in to my villa at Saratoga Springs. Yep, I am off to Walt Disney World for the Princess Half-Marathon. I am excited AND nervous. I've done 2 full marathons and many half-marathons but my knee controls my destiny on this one. It swelled so much in January that it locked and I had to pull myself out of the WDW Half at the medical tent at mile 9. The medical personnel there were shocked I could walk at all when they saw how swollen my knee was. And the long incision from 2 surgeries ago was so spread that it looked like an overcooked hot dog.


I will update everyone's numbers when I get back. I still haven't figured out how to move down on the edit post screen from my ipad
