February Exercise Challenge updated 2/22/05

Sorry I always seem to be a day late in updating. Here's my second update for this challenge as of 2/15 - I have 1295/2000 min in with 705 to go! :moped: :sunny:

Hang in there, everyone & just keep moving! There's still plenty of time left in the month! You can do it! :cheer2:
 
I am 690/1000 now as of 2/18/05.
 

I'm up to 905/1500 as of today. I have been updating on page 2, but I'm not sure if you check those!

Ok I am ready to update. I am at 835/1500 right now. Hoping to be right on track to finish up right at my 1500 at the end of the month.

No I have only been reading the ones after my last post about updating.

If everyone edited to update then I could but 6 pages is A LOT to go through and check for updates. ;) So just post a new one that way I'll get it, Thanks. Sorry I missed you.

Ack I missed my scheduled workout on Friday. :( I made it today.

I think I can still make it but I'm gonna have to work really hard this week. And do my WATP dvd in between gym workouts(which I do cardio and weight lifting) But I will still be able to Rest on Sunday. ;)

Gonna make it I think. I will be sooooo very proud when I do because I've been trying since September to make this 1000 minutes. The first week I missed a lot but each week I've been adding more and more. :flower:

Tomorrow gonna make time for WATP while kids nap and Tuesday going back to gym for cardio and weights. Wed gonna do WATP or Tae Bo and Thursday back to gym for cardio and weights. Friday of course more WATP and Saturday gym day again. Sunday off and Monday gym day again. I can do this. :cheer2: And should finish with 48 or so over my goal. I need to work this WATP and Tae Bo back in because after March 12th my gym membership trial will be over and I'll have to do this on my own at home. I do have some hand weights I can still do exercises for arms. And will have to research some good leg exercise I can do at home, weighted leg lifts maybe? Or invest in a resistance band. Eventually I'd love a membership but we can't afford it right now. Also would love a pilates video as I get more fit.

Sorry to ramble just trying to keep myself pumped up for this. :cheer2:
 
Keep on "PUMPING" Melissa!!!! You're doing great! :cheer2: You already have more of a plan than I do for exercising this upcoming week! I'm certainly thinking of the days I can exercise, but not sure my 'plan' will cooperate! ;)

For posting purposes, I'm at 346/500. Lame to many of you, but I'm maintaining now, and DD had surgery last week, so I'm proud of where I'm at right now. :sunny:
 
Well, I managed to get another 100 min. of walking in this week so please change my stats to 200/400. Thanks! :sunny:
 
Exercise is still going well, but I am thankful to have this challenge. I am now at 760/1000. I actually think I'll be able to meet my goal this month which exciting for me. I do need to keep on with challenges though because they keep me motivated along with reading everyone's posts. Keep up the great work everyone.
 
This challenge is really compelling me to extend my workout sessions, rather than just to do my required mileage on the bike and treadmill and then leave the gym. So, thank you very much!
My counts through Sunday night, 2/20 (I exercise in the evenings) are:
880/1000 minutes and 59.55/50 miles -- see, I met my self-set mile goal, but am still exercising my little heart out to get the minutes done! We'll be away this weekend, so I am going to have to figure out a way to not go crazy for not being able to exercise Friday, Saturday & Sunday!

This challenge is helping me so much! I'm now up to 1045/1500:) Only 455 to go:)
 
Here's week 3's totals:

February 15th 60 minutes
February 16th 100 minutes
February 17th 120 minutes
February 18th 100 minutes
February 19th 0 minutes
February 20th 0 minutes
February 21st 100 minutes

For a total of 480 and a grand total of 1505/2000

495 minutes to go... Better have a really good week....
 
As of today, 2/21, I am at 1550/2000 min. I'm trying to get my update in on time this week! :sunny: I may still do some exercise tonight since I haven't done anything yet today, but I will add that to next weeks total.

It's really great to see so many of you adding up the exercise minutes! Feb may be a short month, but we can do it! :moped:
