February Exercise Challenge updated 2/22/05

As of yesterday I am 566/1000. I'll add today's minutes to my final update next week. Being sick for a week earlier this month sure hasn't helped. I'm going to try really hard this next week to see how close I can get to my goal.
 
Ack I missed my WATP as scheduled today but went to the gym instead. I did 60 minutes exercise bike and 15 minutes ab work. :)

My totals for this week was 260 the most in a long time. :)

My grand total is 538/1000. :cheer2: :Pinkbounc Next week will be work but I can make it. :)


I'll will update the charts in a little bit or tomorrow morning. Depends how tired I get.

Hi - my updated post on 02/20 (#88) got missed in the last update, I was at 900/1000 and now I'm at 1200/1000 as of 02/23. I made my goal...guess next month I'm going to have to up it some!

Very psyched. I am at 1000/1000 for the month, with a few days left (though we will be out of town much of the time, so not sure I'll get any more minutes in). Also, have far exceeded my 50 miles goal (I think I am over 70, but don't have the exact count with me).
What an awesome challenge! It is the first I have ever undertaken and I am so relieved that I didn't disappoint myself.
Great job, everyone!
 
910/1000 as of yesterday. I am pretty sure I will make it. That will make 3 months in a row of making exercise challenges!

I am so happy to report that I made the exercise challenge. My final count for the month is 1015/1000. Way to go everyone that worked toward the challenge. Even if you didn't make your goal, just think that you might not have gotten in as much exercise if you hadn't joined. I look forward to the March one, like I said in the Lose 5 in February thread, these challenges are really keeping me motivated.

Can't wait to see how we did as a total this month.
 
Well, I only made 891/1000 thanks to a cold that lasted over a week. I'm a little disappointed but there's always next month. :)
 
Here's week 4's final numbers:


February 22nd 70 minutes
February 23rd 70 minutes
February 24th 80 minutes
February 25th 100 minutes
February 26th 30 minutes
February 27th 0 minutes
February 28st 70 minutes

For a total of 420 and a grand total of 1925/2000

I was short by 75 minutes, which is okay since I wasn't 100% for so many days. I'm sure I'll get it next month
 
:cheer2: :banana: :guilty: I did make it. I missed Friday because we went to help a family friend fix her computer and it was after 11pm when we got home. :( Then Saturday I was at my moms all day did get some light walking in while shopping but thats about it and I'm not counting it.

Sunday was horrible. DH worked and was supposed to go to a meeting so I wasn't expecting time to go and then had to catch up housework and wanted to get to bed at decent hour because I had errands to run this morning and dragging 2 toddlers with is hard. :rotfl:

Will try and make it to the gym today or do my WATP but right now I have stomach ache its been hurting off and on all morning. :(

So far unless I do a workout today which would be no more than 60 minutes probably. I'm at 703 minutes. Better than none. Next month I feel will be better I'm on the ball now. But my gym membership trial ends on the 12th so gotta start getting back into my dvds(WATP and Tae Bo) and will use my fitball and dumbells for some tonight work.

So I'm at 703/1000 as of now but I'm proud of that even if I didn't make it. :)

I'm not sure if I added my minutes in for last week (14th-20) , but it totaled 335.

The week of the 21st-28 was 343.

That puts me at
1263!!!!!!!!!!!! Another challenge met
 
Wow! I came so close....I ended up with 1420/1500...it was still a great challenge...thx for your support! :flower:

Me, I made goal yesterday by the skin of my teeth I thought (502/500), but I was able to add a few more minutes today, for a February total of 551/500! Measly maintenance goal, but I made it! ;) And with DD's surgery 2 weeks ago, when I only exercised twice that week, I think I did ok.

Looking forward to next month! Has a thread been started yet? I'll go look.

I just made goal this month. I have 2000/2000 min in. :cool1:

After a really great start for the first 2 weeks of Feb, I really had to push myself today to get to my goal, but I did it. I thought when I went out on my bike today & it started to rain 10 min into the ride that I wasn't going to make it because I needed 70 min. I went back out an hour later after the rain had stopped, but it was still really windy. I rode for 40 min, then did some badly needed strength & flexibility exercises for 30 min to get to my goal.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in this challenge. Even if you didn't make your goal you're still a success because you did get moving! :banana: Thanks for another great challenge! :cheer2:
