35 minutes cardio, doing c25k, week 3, workout 2 and then 25 minutes lower body and abdominal work.

Wow, lots of people doing lots of exercise here!

I made goal for the month: 1226/1200. And that's not even counting all the walking I'm doing here at Disney World!

I haven't reported in a few days. Up to 730/950. Not going to make my goal since I was sick in the beginning of the month. But I didn't give up. I'm going to make my goal next month.

Updated!!!

I am afraid I won't make it again. The weather here is absolutely horrendous-its 14 degrees right now and the dog doesn't want to walk. I had a touch of the stomach bug last night and today, so I did not get to run. Hoping to get in some more time tomorrow, may play some tennis tonight on the Wii. (that counts, doesn't it?)

Tomorrow night I will post up the March thread. Be on the lookout for it!!!
 
Hi all,

60 minutes again today,

10 minutes warm up on the stationary bike. 40 minutes strength training and 10 minutes stretching.

One more day in the month but tomorrow will be a rest day for me. I am all set for February at this point.

I say "bring on March, let's approach it like a Lion." Perhaps we all should consider March as our "last chance (month) work out" before we draw things to a close in April. What does anyone else think?

Biggest Loser this week was a real tough one, with the brothers having one go home.

I finished the last three days of the month with a total of 955/750. Definitely the first time I have ever reached an exercise goal. It's always start and do it for a few weeks at the most. Thanks everyone here for this challenge.

Well, the best laid plans....

Looks like I won't be making my goal after all. Wednesday I walked 20 minutes at the mall and planned to bike in the evening. Come home, walk across the playroom and boom my ankle gives out. Despite my initial fears, it started doing better with in the first half hour and was only a little sore, but I wasn't able to do much the rest of the night. I did do 60 minutes of slower walking yesterday for some movement, though it didn't get the heart pumping as much. However, it was all I could do on the ankle for then. Today is looking good, but I think I'm still going to come up short.

So for now, totals are 1305/1400......2745/18000. I'll finish up the month and post a final number later. (To bad the month doesn't end tomorrow. We're hitting the zoo and I'll get some good numbers in then!)
 
I'm finishing this month at 1705/1500! :banana: :yay: :banana:

I wasn't sure I was going to make it for a while even with the good start I got. I strained a ligament in my left knee and spent a few days on the bench resting it. I saw the DR about it on Tues, it's doing much better now. I will be starting another round of hylagan injections as soon as the prescription I've ordereed comes in. Hopefully that will help. Both my knees have been popping a lot lately amd that's not a good thing.

Time to set my chart up for March!

Not bad, still I didn't meet goal but I WILL next month! I just got back from the gym so I doubt I'll be able to squeeze in another 60 minutes before midnight. So here's my ending total:
