My friend and family are going in February and wondered how important it is to have ADRs. We go in October, so it's very important. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you are going during school February vacation, not sure of those dates, but maybe others will know, I would suggest reservations if you want to eat a certain restaurants....

I cannot remember when they are going during February. Since it is considered a value season, I thought she might not need as many ADRs as in the regular season. Thanks!

There are no more "slow" times at disney. Early december used to be slow and now its completely booked up. Its even hard finding a value resort for next april and may

I went last February and only had one reservation and we still ate at a table service almost everyday with no problems. The longest we had to wait was about 30 minutes for a late dinner at Tokyo Dining and they gave us one of those sensors and we shopped until our table was ready.

I'll pass this along. I know sometimes we've had to wait a little while even with ADRs before. Thanks for your help.

I never even try to get ADRs anymore. I have had tremendous luck getting tables for four as a walk-in. You just have to go to the kiosk right when it opens for dinner and they will tell you what time to come back when they think they may have availability. Last week I went to Le Cellier just before lunch ended to see if I could get a walk in for dinner, and they said they had no dinner options available but could take us immediately for lunch. It was perfect - ate a very late, big lunch and didn't even need to have dinner that night.

So you do this any time that you go, not just during value season?
