It's amazing what changes can take place in a few hours! My MIL has made significant progress and is off the ventilator. She is doing well enough that my DW says that if there is no turn for the worse overnight that she will drive back home tomorrow and we'll go on the cruise.

We are also at BLT the night before the cruise and sometime around 9 PM we will be at the Top of the world Lounge, That is a members only club,
Are you DVC Members?

Maybe we could meet ?

Also you said you are boarding the ship late ? is that of your own Design ?

Or are you scheduled on the late bus ?

I am sitting in a pool lounger at ssr as I type enjoying the florida sunshine. I've noticed a few boys around 10/11/12 cruising and am hoping we can connect. My ds is 10. Looking forward to checking out the Dream tommorrow. Safe travels to everyone heading down and see you tomorrow!!

Talked to my MIL this morning and except for being a little raspy she sounded better than I have heard her in many months. It is hard to believe that just about 48 hours a go it looked like she would not make out of the ICU alive!

My DW is on the road from NC to home and we will see you all tomorrow!

PS: Have we decided on a time for the photo-op?

Howdy! We missed the fireworks, visited the community room and got a couple movies and a couple crafts. We reserved late so I think we could only get the late boarding. We are loading the bus to go to the port at 11:30. Did visit Top of the World, but not much for DS up there!! We will look you up on the ship if we don't have anyone on the bus!

So excited I cant sleep. We plan to hit te road @ 7am from the Pinellas area and hope to get ahead of the Tampa rush our traffic ?!? hopefully. We have to stop and drop the pups off at Best Friends @ Disney then onto the port.

We are at the Country Inn Suites at Port Canaveral just hanging out. Got here a little after 10 p.m. Now just waiting for morning, we have 11 a.m. arrival time so we plan to be at port around 10:45 a.m.

If there is a meet tomorrow would love to know. I've never been on the Dream so don't know of a good place. Is the munster drill at 3?

If anyone wants to meet and has a place please post.

SO glad your MIL is well and you will be sailing. We didn't participate in the FE and I didn't post here much but we would love to meet fellow DISers we are in 10048. We have two DD ages 8 and 5. See you all soon.

It was a good cruise but a lot different than any of our others. I think I like the Magic better but it may be that this cruise was so short.

Sorry we didn't run into any of you on the cruise. With all the drama in our lives just prior to sailing we forgot to see if there was any kind of meet.

Our next cruise is in January aboard the Fantasy which is another 7 day and will mean that we will been on all four ships.

I'm glad everything worked out for you family!

I thought the ship was wonderful, but I still prefer the classic ships. I after taking a very relaxing 7 night in October this 3 night was over before we knew it. It will be interesting to see what things are like on a 7 night In June.

Did anyone find out how "full" our cruise was?

We didn't get to up with anyone from the DIS either but we had a great time and hope you all did also. Our girls were picked to be dwarfs in the Golden Mickey show!!! We tried early seating this time and we really like it. Surpisingly we didn't feel as rushed by the servers as we did nine other times at late seating. We loved our cabin location deck 10 midship. Can't wait to sail DCL again have a dummy Fantasy ressie for 2013 but think it will bemore like 2014 before we go again.
