February 9, 2012 3 Night Bahamian Dream Cruise

Last year when we took the Transatlantic cruise we were gone for 16 days. We took the two piece luggage limit. This year for the Alaska cruise we were gone two weeks counting the cruise and the time spent in Seattle and Vancouver. Again we took the two piece limit on luggage.

Going on a three night cruise made us think that maybe we could just pack in my wife's handbag. We'll see how that works for me!

Ok, so here in Minnesota, it FINALLY snowed. We haven't had a "brown" Christmas in years! The snow is pretty, but it makes us extra excited for the cruise. We simply can't wait. I'm really hoping the weather in Florida is sunny. Only 37 days til we fly down and 40 days till we set sail. I have never packed this far in advance but I'm tempted to start.

Oh and one more thought, how come Disney's teen club doesn't allow 13 year olds? THIRTEEN has the word TEEN in it. My son wasn't thrilled to find out he isn't old enough....

Thoughts of warm weather and calm beaches is all that is keeping me going right now. Someone in my house has been sick and on antibiotics since Halloween. (Germs seem to be the only thing my kids will share!!!) For the last 13 days I have been battling pneumonia and now my 3 year old has walking pneumonia...grrrr. I need my husband home and a vacation in the worst way!!! I'm praying that everyone will be healthy in 32 short days when we head south!!!

I also thing DCL mailings are completely random. We've received the "Welcome Sanders Family" mailings in random order.

You're right! At 10AM it was 45 degrees.

Checked in on time and I am not really worried 'cause I'm going to the port with or without docs!
