OK, It just keeps getting better! . NASA is scheduled to launch the shuttle around 1:30 PM on Thursday the 12th. We are on our way to CC. Does anyone know if we can see the launch from the ship at sea?


Can't wait to hit the warmth and water, 4 degrees in NH right now, falling to well below zero today and tomorrow!!

I saw that too, but never said anything because I figured we wouldn't be able to see it, but who knows! I was kind of hoping that they would delay it (it has the little symbol by it that means they're "aiming" for the 12th" and maybe it would be on the 14th instead-- how cool would that be???

Our associate pastor is in NH right now. Your diocese loaned him to us because we didn't have ANYONE to do it here and he was good friends with our pastor. He keeps telling us about the weather you guys are having every time he comes back from a visit home-- Was making it sound like we were having a heat spell here, but he jinxed us-- the high tomorrow is 5

yeah!!! i am packing again tonite, yet ANOTHER carry on, this time, it actually IS a carry on and not just a FE gift holder! LOL

i cannot even BELIEVE we still have 3 more weeks!

ps? i am TOTALLY this talkative, what can i say? i do it for a living!

pps. i was diagnosed with ADHD when i was in HS and my DM REFUSED to put me on meds, went to a therapist instead and it worked wonders! key is, finding a great therapist, NOT psychologist who drugs, but a child psychologist IMHO

You know, they need a chat room on here... There are always a few of us signed on... However, if they did, I'd get even LESS done I did clean my room today from all the Christmas stuff still piled in it, so that's a start And I officially got out the bathing suits and summer clothes today, laundered them and have them folded by the suitcases, so there's another step

Hi!

I will be on my way to work tomorrow and will miss the shout out. I have to leave about 40 min before to get to the Mouse House on time. I will be thinking of you at 8:20 though.

I will see what I can do about the weather but the 70s at night is a tall order. It is supposed to be in the 30s tonight.

Oh...and by the way...I will be staying at our house on Friday night but it sounds like the place to be will be the Radisson!

Here's a picture of DD costume 1st fitting for her role in the magic flute. Her head with be covered by some type of puppetry. She told me I won't be able to see her face. She is happy because she doesn't have to worry about hair and makeup.

I feel your pain about the FE gifts taking up a lot of room. Mine aren't large but once you pack all of them in bags they really add up!

So how many of you have packed? My kids grew too much, figured this out last night while trying on summer clothes, looks like Im going shopping!

Michelles talking about women loving/hating sports, I gotta say there are 4 females in my house and we are all sports fanatics! My girls say they were born being crazy Boston Fans,...Go Sox, Go Pats, Go Bruins and woo hoo Go Celtics!

The Magic Flute costume is beautiful.

My kids did a show of sorts last night at CCD. We had an Old Testament Family Night and my DD9 portrayed Queen Esther and remembered the entire book of Esther and retold the story as if she was the queen. My DS6 portrayed Goliath. I was so proud of them.

Not sure what our plans our for Friday yet, but I thinking some time between 8 and 9 should be good and the few that are driving might have be able to make it. What does everyone think?

I think it looks like a great meet spot I saw a couple of other dismeet group pics with Captain Mickey, and thought of all of us

I did read on a navigator that a walking tour of the ship meets there at the same time, so we might want to start out on the level just up the steps, then make our way down? Or is there enough room for all of us?

MY DD9 heard the shout out also. Her bus was late and since it is soooooooooooo cold out I had her wait inside. Her energy and constant talking and noise making got the best of ME. I heard Valentine Voyagers and when it came time for name she just couldn't keep silent any longer and we missed it. But my spirit heard it and it is HAPPY!

Now it's off to urgent care-- DH wanted me to go earlier, but I told him I had to stay on here for a little longer I'm a bad patient. Going to go find out if I'm going to be in a boot for awhile or not... My foot feels like someone shot it Whatever the case, I now need to find something other than my treadmill to kick my butt before the cruise!!!
