Dee-- the show sounds neat!!! I'm the youth director for our church-- I might have to "borrow" the idea, haha Glad to hear they did so well!!!

-11 here right now-- can't wait til we're in 80 degree weather!!!!

Hey guess what I just heard... Michelle is going on a cruise in a few weeks... Hee hee

We have a unique CCD set up for our area. Our religous director, Fran, is awesome. We have a family CCD and we meet 1X a month. We have a choice between two nights. Each night the topic is the same but it is just to be even more flexible for the families. Many of my friends from my town are now also coming to my church and CCD program because the children aren't just learning but so are they and their souls are being fed. It is much more directed at creating a relationship with Christ than in the past CCD programs where you only learned prayers and church admin rules and laws and no relationship. Now the families are being taught what the prayers and rules/traditions mean and where they came from.

This was our 1st Old Testament Family Fun Night and it went so well I imagine we'll do a New Testament night and have it become an annual event. Each family had to select a lesser known character from the old and in any way they wished they would present what they learned. Some wrote rap songs, poems, made dioramas, constructed books, posters, a puppet show, family skits and 1 act plays. It was amazing to see everyone be so involved!!!

Now it's off to urgent care-- DH wanted me to go earlier, but I told him I had to stay on here for a little longer I'm a bad patient. Going to go find out if I'm going to be in a boot for awhile or not... My foot feels like someone shot it Whatever the case, I now need to find something other than my treadmill to kick my butt before the cruise!!!

Do you have acces to a YMCA with a pool? Or something like that? Areobics in the pool is wonderful for reducing pain on joints not to mention just normal swimming. Oh boy, good luck with that. Pain in your feet is terrible to deal with.

Heard you Michelle, awesome... my kids were in the house also waiting for the bus since it's 8 degrees here and they got a kick out of it, sophie cannot wait to meet your daughters!

Cdnstitchfan...My husband says we went in 06 on the Eastern cruise, I think it was just 2 years ago, pretty sad though that we can't remember...Either way it's been too long since I've cruised so I cannot wait to be on the MAGIC once again!!!

So who's packed already? I am usually so much more organized than I am right now...

Can someone bring me up to speed on the radio shout out and what station or is it on the internet. Sorry, I actually work in accounting so this is our busy time and I am trying to get BACK up to speed with 3 WEEKS TO GO! Can you all believe it?

Also, we are staying in Cocoa Fri Night - is anyone else? Is the radisson group in Cocoa or? We're at the Courtyard - Marriott points...

Is the best KIND of fish extender a bag or does it matter? Gonna go to craft store this weekend so wanted input if possible.

You all sound as excited as we are and I look forward to this. The DS9 is excited too....

it was MY PLEASURE! i told you i LOVE MY JOB and i hope i sent some sunny thoughts to you freeeeezing people!

i am ALMOST packed but truth be told, i am going to go through it again to take out 50% cuz i KNOW i am overpacking! even when we did the wonder i had TOO much! we live in lounge clothes, not nice wear so i dont know why i am packing the nicer stuff when i should concentrate on the shorts and tees, right?!

DD6 has been packed for a week already! LOL the thoughts are there! it is COLD today here in palm beach too, 60's, that is COLD for us!....brrrrrrrrrr

I had every intention of locking myself in the house today. BUT- I did break down and go to urgent care... NOT a happy camper. In a boot for at least 4-6 weeks. So guess that that means If they think I'm wearing this thing on the beach, they're nuts!!!! However, the hoped-for walking tour of Key West is probably out. As is a run on the beach. I plan to at least walk the track around the ship. Oh well

The good part is they said something about a regular cast and I was like NOOOOOOO!!!!! The sad thing is, the first thing thought of was tan lines At least I can park myself poolside and haul this thing into the ocean... I mean take it off while I bake in the sun

Now you know your room. I have updated the list and moved you to deck 6. Deck 6 rules... ... I got home earlie today, now I going to have to run out to my door and see if I have a package.


So, I think I might have to say we are having very warm weather hear, it was suppose to get up to 70 and I believe it did. Very weird weather we are having. it should be raining here.

I'm trying to send the warm over to there easterners but it is supposed to be hanging around for awhile still.

I hope all are surviving well in that fridge temps.

I can't wait to see you all in person. We are going have fun, i just know it.

I have my basic bags packed for 2 weeks now and have all our dressy clost hung up to pack, just don't want them to get to wrinkled up. Still need shoes and other necessities.

Well DW and DD ventured out in the cold today to shop for pirate costume stuff. I was out picking up material to make our FE and played around in Photoshop making a door magnet.

At least the coffee helps to keep me warm during the day

Would it be possible to link at the bottom of your signature, the Dis Meet/ B-day Drink night times and places.
I'm working, packing for 6 , Making emergency lists for the puppy and the mom... trying to remember it all and well you know the rest.... FRIED!Not to mention, my DH just realized he misplaced our Birth certificates! He and DS 22
have Passports. Me and the 3 younger kids don't. So add to my list of things to do. Getting certified copies!
