February 29 crowds, do i need strategies?

Hi! We'll be there that day/night. Should we skip the park that day? Should we enter the parks early and enjoy until we drop dead?
I read that the park will be open for 24 hours straight. Awesome!!!... Or maybe not?
Any ideas?

When you return please give us a TR. Think they will be selling Red Bull and expresso? Better yet, a sugar high. Hope it turns out to be very magical.

I think it will be a great day to visit. You can take part in a special experience.

I suspect it will be very crowded in the evening, but you could nap through that and come back for a quieter late night. While details are slim on what will happen there may be special entertainment that day or unique merchandise announced soon.

I'd probably take a nap and head back around 9PM or so. How awesome to ride some rides at 1, 2 in the morning!

Make sure you bring warmer clothes too because it does get chilly at night!

Of course i'll write a TR! Sounds like it'll be a unique night!
We won't try to do the 24hour marathon but we'll try to spend the whole night there until sunrise

I think going in the morning and taking a break in late afternoon/early evening is going to be the best bet. This is what we are doing. I don't think the morning will be any more crowded then usual.

I REALLY hope there is special merchandise. K is a leap day baby and I want to get her some special things.

We will be there that week as well. Will probably do early morning; taking a nap in the afternoon and stay a bit later. But we have elementary aged kids so we will probably be back at the hotel by 1am at the latest.
