Vanessa...I remember how excited we all were when we first saw the Disney ship...if you think you were excited just driving by to see it, imagine how EXCITING it will be, knowing that you are driving up to get on the MAgic!!!!


Johnna and Mark... you may want to start brushing up on your stage performance's..you only have 6 months left!!!! and you both know that we are ALL going to be requesting a number LOL!!!!

Your perfomances on our March 07' cruise was the highlight of our trip, we will expect nothing less this cruise

Hi everyone! Haven't been on in couple days cause my computer was actin' up!

ejkj, I can't wait to be able to walk on the ship! I'll be the one running around, arms waving in the air, screaming like a little kid.
That day I saw it at the port, I didnt' want to leave! I wanted to sit there all day and stare at it.

And I definitely want to see the performance from Johnna and Mark! I remember reading about it from earlier posts! I'll have my camera ready!

As much as I would love to see the ship go thru the canal it would bring back to many great memories from May and then I would not be able to function at work tonight. Oh how I wish I was again on my friends balcony have some of her sisters home made drinks watching the ship go thru the canal. Now I am starting to depress myself.

Hi Guys-
First off, Wanda I got your request. I will send it to you. I just do priority to everyone else becaue of the tracking. I do not want them to say they never got it.... I am one of the most honest people and stuff like that drives me nuts, so I just do it for my own sanity. The one on the thread that has Mia on it was a Canada one. Her Grandma and I hit it off and got the nicest computer relationship, so I knew she would not pull the old, I never got it line. Since you are going to spend 7 days with me on the ship, I would be afraid you will push me overboard after a few Bushwackers (LOL) if I forgot it.... No, I will have to mail it, because last cruise we had 2 luggage each for a total of 8. We are now down to 4 because of the airline. I have to find a way to travel with half the luggage. Guess I have to go buy BIGGER ones.

I was hoping that I could mail my stuff to Johnna and she could pack my stuff with hers.

Everyone, we original booked a CAT 8 for this cruise as we kept our Double Dip Cruise booked as well. We figured we would get up-graded if we were not traveling with a large party like we usually do. Yesterday I called just to go ahead and upgrade to the cat. 6; the problem is they are all GTYs now. I am so OCDish that I do not know if I could wait until 2 weeks prior to the cruise to know our room number. We would for sure get a cat. 6 with a GTY. I did not change as I wanted to keep my known room, but now I am thinking I should go ahead, what the heck.... We have never cruised without a verandaha. In the begining DH told me to book a little cheaper since we had two cruises booked; but now that I have he is saying "we do not have a verandah" I tell you, he gets a little peeved at my over planning and when I change he gets a little

Yeah - you're funny. Like I don't bring enough stuff of my own. And now DD is a fashionista too, so we have issues.

Tink - being a little planning OCD myself, I understand your uneasiness with not being able to know your number, but you need to ask yourself - what's more important? Getting the verandah for sure or not getting a verandah ? You know you'll be on the ship, you just may not know where. The real question is: When you get on board, would you be able to forgive yourself if you didn't get a verandah, but knowing you could have if not for your control issues? And you know I mean that in the nicest way Tink!

I've been up and down the internet looking at every possible picture of Castaway Cay and the Magic! I think I've looked at sooo many that I can't seem to find NEW ones! I keep seeing the same ones now!

Does anyone have any pictures from passed cruise you can share?

I know I definitely want to do a Disney Panama Canal cruise! I've been reading the trip reports and it sounds awesome!

I have a feeling that when I finally get on the ship this February, I'm not gonna want to get OFF the ship. They're gonna have to call security on me!

I had a great 15 nights. Being with friends from work helped to make it even more special. I will not mind geting off the ship as I will be going to WDW for two night before flying home on Monday.

You are right Lady Story- Think I will call back and do the GTY. I just do not want to be like Mike on our last cruise. I guess it all did work out... After all, I will then for sure be as close to you and at least as close to BJ as last cruise. Okay, give up some control to have the retreat place during the cruise.

That's what I wanted to do too! I really want to see Cinderella's castle at the Magic Kingdom. I want to take my daughter to the character breakfast or lunch. Still gotta talk my hubby into agreeing though...
