It depends on how the organizer wants to set it up. My suggestion is to not make the list too huge, because the cost becomes prohibitive and it can be more like work than fun. If we have a ton of people who want to sign up - and I hope we do!

- perhaps we could consider splitting the list into groups, where you will only give to and receive from the people in your group. I have several friends traveling on the Westbound TransAtlantic coming up, and this is how they've handled their huge FE group.
Personally, I would rather give to a smaller number of cabins (15? 20? 25?) and be able to do something a little nicer and/or more time-consuming for them. On my prior
DCL cruise we had a
huge FE group - I don't remember exactly, but it was at least 50 cabins. In my opinion, that was too much.
I will certainly defer to disney-lover as the organizer for this group... that's just my two cents.
