Wow, you guys are chatting up a storm. Stay away a couple of days and I got loads to read We're "Chillin" with some of you all, supposed to be 14 below zero tonight

Getting excited, we fly out Tuesday and spend a couple of days in Orlando first.

I just looked at that same cooler! I'm not sure if it's collapasable though...

I ended up ordering a different one, due to the shipping costs to make sure it was here before we left.

Jeff.. that looks like a soft sided cooler to me. Also, thanks so much fr the lovely pics and also the update on the past cruise. Great ideas. I think I am near that room with the door magnet... thought I WAS that room.I am 5016. Also, as far as a cooler goes, I got my soft sided collapsable cooler at Sams, where you can get bulk candy and peanuts for the movies also.
Melanie... how was the concert? A friend at work had the same thoughts of Ritchie.... that he was vulnerable... I thought of you.

all the stuff i read for packing says
Pack 60% less than you think you need.

If i do 60% i won;t have anything, i got
4 shorts, 2 swimsuits
T,under,socks for each day, 2 polo shirts, 1 slack, 1 dress shoe, sandals, hats,
thats it for clothes.. the other half is laptop, 2 digital cameras, chargers & extra batteries, card readers, batteries, walkie talkies, binoculars, bathroom stuff, razor, and island notes...

Good morning eveyone! Not only did I wake up to frigid temperatures, but also a fresh blanket of snow. It finally seem like Feburary here.

Yesterday afternoon I drove a co-worker and her family to the airport. They were on their way to the Disney Magic today for the Eastern cruise. They were very excited.

That means it is less than one week for us. I really think all my questions have been answered by the boards. I have read up on Costa Maya and think we will head to the beach at Majahual by ourselves.

I have packed all of my dinner clothes, shirts and shorts. I will wait to pack my carryon later. I gave all info to my sister. And I made a very elementary door sign as I do not have much creative ability.

I guess I just want to say that I am anxious to go!!! Happy less than a week!

Ok.... I just tried to go delete some of my pm's. There has GOT to be a quicker way than going one by one..... anysuggestions? I at least deleted a few so there is room in case any of you need to send me anything (Like the list.... )I have to go tan now so I blend in.... I shall return!!! OMG too excited!!! Raking the yard today so it looks great for my sister in FIVE days!!!

Well I have my son packed, and I'm almost finished with my suitcase but I have no room to bring stuff back!! AAAHHHHHH!!!! I need to bring an empty suitcase. lol

Ok a couple of questions...

1. If we dont eat in the dining rooms on any particular night, can we dress in shorts and tank top for the buffet places? And where are the casual buffet places?

2. How many pairs of shorts and shirts do you all bring? For yourselves and the kids? For Dylan I have 1 set per day (shorts, t-shirt, underwear and socks) I am bringing less socks though.

Karen, we will be right down the hall from you in 5009. Our daughter and family are also on deck 5, just down from us. They have a 4 year old son, so maybe your granddaughter will meet up with him.

We are getting snow showers right now, but don't expect any accumulation. The ground is too warm, as we had 70 degree temperatures on Thursday and Friday.

By this time next week we should be boarding the ship, at least those of us who will arrive early.

I am about two thirds of the way packed, but have not put any of my clothes that are on hangers into the suitcase. I plan to do that Friday, so that they won't wrinkle too much.

Can anyone tell me if there are ice machines available on the ship to get ice for coolers? I bought a small insulated bag that will hold up to 12 cans of soda, but will use it for water instead.

I really appreciate all the information that has been posted here. Jeff, you have been doing a great job of getting information to everyone. Looking forward to meeting you.

Did I see somewhere the times we are for sure going to be in Costa Maya? At cruisecal.com, it has us arriving at 10:30 a.m., but I don't remember when we leave. Can't find it on the Disney cruise site.

Hey Norm... just to let you know, 2 rounds may be my limit the 1st day, I'm a light weight (well only in drinking), so i'll probably be flying on 2 & don't want to fall off ship my first day... So looks like i'll be buying you a lot of stuff, lets just say i STINK at foosball, but it is fun

Karen, when you are at the list of 108 [wow, i got 5], isn't there blocks on the left next to the messages? Check off the ones you want to get rid of, then scroll to bottom... then see the " Selected Messages:" [move to folder], change that to DELETE, then push "GO"
