You're still on hold? You should book on the website! NO holding and it takes about 5 minutes!

I just booked POFQ for 2/22-3/1. We usually stay at POR, but with the rooms left available there, POFQ actually worked out to be cheaper. It was between POFQ and CBR, but I decided to try POFQ since people are always singing its praises, and we LOVE Riverside. Can't wait!

I called and said "reservations" for my call and was on hold for about 45 mins and was still holding; so I used my second phone (while still on hold) and said "disney discounts" and was on hold for less than 3 minutes! Was able to change my reservations and was off the phone while the other one was still on hold!

It has now been over 1 hour on this call, after my initial call was dropped after over 93 minutes. Universal is looking pretty tempting right now.

thanks so much for this info, was originally on hold for 30 minutes. Called back said disney discounts and was connected with a very pleasant cm named ruppert who helped me switch my reservation and get spd put on.

Tried the trick of calling on another line. "Sorry all circuits are busy"! For the record, I have been on hold, on two seperate calls, for over 3 hours and 20 minutes. This company should be ashamed!!!!!!!!

Why should they be ashamed? Because thousands of people are trying to get through at the same time and their phone lines are overwhelmed?

After almost 3 and 1/2 hours on hold I saved $110. Very disappointing. I will be vacationing elsewhere from now on. If I wouldn't have already purchased plane tickets I would be going elsewhere for this trip. Disney has received my last dollar.

Is it so hard for a company which takes in as much of our money as Disney does to create and operate a sufficient call system. Not blaming the cast members, they are great. The company is very arrogant in setting up their system.

Is anyone having trouble with the website? It isn't letting me change the dinning plan or even add a dinning plan. I'm trying to enter my info to find which discount is best for us. Nothing seems to be working.

Called around an hour ago. No wait. Saved $323 on Room only Feb 13-18 but had to move from CSR to CB. Hoping for an AP rate so I can upgrade to WL or AKL.

I called during Visa cardholder days and was able to save $387 off our package which was less than I hoped for. I even called back to see if I switched from ASMo to ASMu if I would save more and they said no -they had no rooms availbale at ASMu left.
When the offer came online today, I priced it and sure enough, I could save an additional $161. I called and the CM said he still couldnt get that price on his screen so he stayed online with me and I booked online and then he cancelled my original ressie and made sure all my dining ressies were still attached to the new booking. So we ended up saving $548 altogether - woohoo!

was on hold for like 2 minutes and completed my transaction in under 10 minutes. I asked for "discounts" and got someone right away. Changed my room only ressie from December to February and saved over a 100 dollars. Now all I need is my Annual Pass (my xmas gift to myself with my year end bonus) and I will be all set.

I was only hold just under 2 hours. I was driving so I just put it on speaker phone and sat it on my lap. I actually had a pin attached to my name for resort discount so it saved a little more than eat, stay, play. Saved $418 on a 5 night MYW w/dp at POR!
