DD & I will there Feb 15th-21st at POFQ For her 8th Birthday!

I took my youngest for her birthday back in June and she loved being there for her birthday. It's the best place to celebrate!

We'll be at POFQ and the same time. This will be our first stay there.

I don't know if the DIS numbers would indicate what's going to happen in general. I think people who frequent these boards are "in the know" and most schedule their trips to miss the busy season. That said, when we went in feb 08, it was pretty busy for that time of year.

Whoo-hoo! Count us in Feb 4 - 11 POFQ, with DDP! We are an extended family of 7 adults who are taking 2 children 9 & 10 who have never been and have NO IDEA they are going. And they won't know until they are on the plane. 3 of the adults in our party have never been either. This is going to be so much fun!!

Blueyed Girl- I love that idea! I hope you don't mind me copying it! I also thought of giving little surprises for the trip along w/the calendar, but didn't want to give 30 surprises. Just doing the last 5 days is a great idea. I will have to check out Target.

Copy away! Yeah, that was my thought about the prizes too. How do I get around doing 30 prizes??? The last 5 days worked really well. It added some extra excitement those last few days. Keep checking that $1 section at Target. They usually have a few things that are Disney here and there.

We will be there after our cruise from 2/18-2/21 at AKL. It will be DH, DS (8), DD (4), mother-in-law, and of course, me. We stayed at the AKL last time and loved it so much that we booked it again. My children are already counting the days!

My kids (and teacher, wife) are actually out of school the week before President's day. Their private school has had high truancy due to people taking vacation then that they just decided to plan a winter break into the schedule a few years ago.
