FEBRUARY 2008 WDW travelers post HERE!!!

no dining, no insurance. Just makes my head spin - all these "possibiliites"!. When we first went to WDW in 99, it was me and DH and we got EVERYTHING for $2000...room/tix/flight/food/souvies. To spend almost that much on just room and tix makes me almost faint!!

IF you want to be added to the mini meet on 2/2/08 at 6:45-7pm-ish outside Jungle cruise(PLEASE Wendypooh, make sure I have the time, date and meeting spot correct!!) area, please PM me so I make sure I get you on that list. I am losing track b/c I haven't had time to update either list-sorry!!
Bogged down with school, our new Christian American Girl club, co-op, work, AWANA, gymnastics, etc, etc...ho hum... ready for the holidays!!​

Again - so everyone knows - the MINI meet at the P&P Party on Feb. 2nd is ON!!!!! (NO Word yet on a meet for the 5th)



Here are the details:

Time - Around 6:45 - 7:00 PM
At - The cemented area immediately in front of the Jungle Cruise.

IF you are planning on "meeting" PLEASE post so Lori can add you to page 1. We do not need to know how many are with you!


We plan on this just being a quick "Hello" nice to meet you and to get a Pic of all of us for the board. We are NOT planning anything else -- just a very quick meet, so then we can all go enjoy the P&P Party with our Families!!!!




PLEASE READ - AS We do NOT want any confusion!!!!*** Do not feel like this is a huge thing........ it isn't. We do NOT want to "intrude" on anyone's vacation / family time. This will be quick - enough time to say "HI" and to take a picture for the boards. I'm sure all of our kiddos will enjoy meeting also, - then seeing each other throughout the parks is always fun! So, please know that this is nothing structured or any type of formal thing, it has NOTHING to do with the P&P Party!!! We are not going to "hang out" at the party or be expected to do things together! The P&P Party is for each of us to spend with our families!
We want to make it very clear that this is just a very quick photo op for all of us who've been planning for the last year!!!

I got my tickets in the mail today for P&PP!!!! Now I just have to keep up with them till Feb.

I hope someone will want to hang out for a little while....it is always nice to have someone to talk to while waiting in lines.

Hey Tara ~ We got our P&P Party Tickets on Wed. - I don't like having to keep up with them either!!!! I liked it better just picking them up at the resort! They are really nice though!

Anyway ~ I hope my post does NOT offend anyone!!!! IF anyone wants to hang out - then by all means!!! I just don't want anyone to feel like they "have" to or anything!!! I'm sure all of our kiddos will love meeting - I have an 8 year old DS who will "meet and hang" with any others his age - I have no doubt about that!!! I just want to make sure everyone knows this is not a formal kind of group thing for the entire party!! BUT, if some of us totally hit it off and want to hang out and do things together........... then by all means - anyway, it's always more FUN if you are in a group or "know" someone else in line or walking by......... it'll be fun and I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone!!!

Hey ~ YEP ~ When I ordered mine she gave me my # too, but said she'd be sending them in the mail, and I said, "I thought we picked them up at the resort"? She said, NO, we're mailing them this year! Hey, I am getting nervous, I haven't recieved my tickets yet-it has already been charged to my CC and I ordered them on the first day they were on sale... I am giving them a few more days. DH told me to call them.

We havene't popped open the wine yet. Most are Christmas gifts, but we are keeping a couple.
I have to say, the longer away from California I have been, the more I want to go back. If it weren't for , ummm, earthquakes and erosion, I may move my hiney there. I'd want a "smelly-good" tree from Pacific Coast Highway in my yard. The smell, oh my gosh.... I'd say they were pine, but stronger, maybe a redwood, a small one, not sure what they were, but it was an evergreen. Unbelievable breath-taking-l gprgeous...

My DS and DIL went to San Diego a few weeks ago, to the zoo, they loved it!!! (He's the one in the AF)

SO --- UMMMMM I'm expecting a bottle of that wine in my stocking!!!!

2/2-2/9 at AKL with Deluxe Dinging. We are def. going to a P&PP, we just don't know which one yet!

We ordered our tickets just the other day. We got the AP discount so she said we would have to pick them up at will call so we could show our AP's. We did get a # to refer to though. If you got an AP discount, maybe that's why you haven't received them. The cm told us if we didn't have AP discount they would have been mailed to us. Who knows, maybe they will show up in the mail anyway.

At first she said they would be mailed to me, but I questioned if they would because of proof of AP show she asked someone and she said we would have to pick them up at will call. Glad I could help. Still hope they change their mind and ship them to me, I'm a have it in the hand, feel more comfortable kind of person. At least we know why if they are not mailed.

Love the pics! I spent a lot of weekends in Bodega Bay. Cali is great! The earthquakes aren't all that bad, the bad ones only come around every 10 years or so.
