I found the link by first going to the main page on the cruise line forum. There is a thread called, DIS DCL FAQ - New Alphabetical Listing of DCL Information. Once in that thread, go down to Fish Extenders, and you will see the link to directions to make a no-sew FE. Hopefully this link will post correctly:

We only needed 2 pockets on ours, and it was easy to change the directions to make it work.

and what do you have for chidren if any?


and as far as the FE....we had a List going, but the signups ended in december* or are you already on that list?)...But the people that disnt make the list are more then welcome to start a new list....does that help??

I would love those directions for the FE's. Can you tell me where you found them on the board?
We just got our GTY room assignment. A little disappointed after reading some reviews that there is alot of noise, but that is what I get for booking 3 weeks ago. Anyway we don't plan on spending that much time in our room.

Goodness, it's -3 here in Chicago! Oh, I am so ready for the cruise! I had a dream about being on the ship last night. It's our 1st time on a cruise & I am so excited/nervous!
Seeing the countdown at 29 days makes it feel right around the corner. I now need to buy a few more supplies for the cruise, like underwater camera & seabands. My DS (2) out grew his swim shoes from the summer, so now I am on the hunt for those as well. I also need to clean our snorkel/masks too. I really want to start packing.
I a guessing we are going to end up w/5 suitcases w/everything we need to bring. I am hoping I can get it down to 4, but I don't see how w/formal/semi formal/pirate night attire.
I am considering ordering thru Babies Travel Lite to ship diapers/wipes & other toddler stuff, so I don't have to pack that stuff. I have used them for DL & WDW trips b4 & it was helpful.

nemofans - I had to buy swim shoes for my 2, and found a pretty good deal on ebay. I also saw a few at Walmart the other day...after I had ordered the ones off ebay. The cost was only a few dollars different, though. My son was so excited about those shoes, he asked if he could wear them to Tae Kwon Do!! It really does not take that much to make kids happy!

I am hoping to only bring 4 bags as well, but one of them will have to be our monster suitcase. It is expandable so I will be able to bring more, but hopefully when I unpack, I will still be able to put it under the bed. Otherwise, it could be a back-up bed for my daughter!

Another FREAKIN SNOW DAY here in NH!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, yes another snow day here in my neck of Massachusetts. I dont care so much about that (yes, I do work in a school) as much as I wonder where the heck we will put any more snow!

Last night I had the forethought to borrow my teacher's laminator & made over 80 magnets! Yes-you saw that right. I even downloaded a few more things today to make "just a few more". Its an illness! Im doing it as a surprise for our kids & my sister/sil.

I have a running list going of things I simply MUST have. We have cruised many times before but not since children or on Disney. Now I moved a box into my room to drop stuff into as I think of it or check it off my list.

Anybody else working on packing? Any must haves?

Snow day here too! Thinking of warm sandy beaches next month got me through snow blowing and shoveling for 3 hours today.

I am really behind though still needing to make/order a FE & magnets for the door. I did assemble most of the FE gifts though. Just need to add some finishing touches.

As for packing I did get an organizer for the bathroom door at Marshalls. It was a little fancier than what I wanted but it does have zippers and figured DD can use it after the trip. I keep tossing anything I think we will want into my carry-on bag (flip flops, sun screen, hats, Pirate Night accessories, etc.)

Great idea to have a box/bag to drop things into as you think of them. I have been writing them down, but it makes a lot more sense to just place them in one spot to make packing easier!! I swear, sometimes I wonder why something like that didn't just occur to me on my own!

I have the images for my magnets, but have not began to make them. Hopefully this weekend...

For our must haves, definitely going to bring the over the door organizer and a sound machine. My DH wakes up very easily, and the kids have used one since they were infants. It is amazing how they immediately begin to relax once we turn on the white noise.

Also, just checked the mail, and OUR CRUISE DOCUMENTS ARRIVED!!! Makes it seem even more real!

We are getting excited too. We got a fresh 6 inches of snow to cover the other layers of snow and it seems we may be getting more next week. Knowing that we will be cruising in a few weeks definitely helps with the winter cabin fever.

Snow days also lend themselves to organizing and packing.

I hope we get our documents soon

Only a few weeks left.

Oh and welcome to our newcomers.

Lastly, for all of the experienced cruisers out there: We have late dining which means that we have a later breakfast on departure day, right? So is a 9am car pickup ok? If not, what time is safe for getting picked up at port? We do not need to rush to the airport.

Dungeon is right!! LOL. We usually stay on deck 8 but only booked in December so the prices were crazy! But who hangs in their room anyhow!?
