And school is out for us! Yeah....as of Monday, I can sleep late!

The Feb. 10 cruise prices have really dropped. A cat 12 is $699!!! Oh well, we have the week of the 17th off school. I'm really getting eager. Unfortunately, the pre-cruise diet isn't going well although I am hitting the gym regularly.

I really can't wait to be back on the Magic.

Wow! You really have a long vacation break. We have a full week this week, then we are out until Jan. 2nd.

9 weeks boys and girls, how exciting is that........
And with the holidays in the middle it should go really really fast.
We are off today for last minute shopping, I still have some baking to do for the kids to bring to school, then we can all relax.

shall we do the nine week dance??

Do you know I missed our thread and went all the way down to #3 position? Heavens, we're getting closer and closer and we have to stay up on page # 1!

I've been a busy little elf or fairy . . . depending how you want to look at it.

With the exception of four boys names (Danny, Daniel, DJ and Alex), I have made a graphic for the children on our cruise (for those that provided names to Sue). I'll get the last 4 names done this week and then repost.

The graphic can be used to embellish the hem edge of a pillowcase to be taken to Guest Services for character signing on the ship. It can also be used for door signs.

Head over to the Creative DISigns forum here on the disboard for tips on how to flip the design prior to printing (if you're going to use it on a pillowcase or shirt), transfer papers, etc.

The way the graphic was made, it should fit in the hem section of the pillowcase but check it carefully to be sure before printing it on the transfer paper. You may need to adjust the size (scale) slightly.

All of the names can be seen in the gallery at http://lneal.com/disboard. The full size file that you need to download is in the directory http://lneal.com/disboard/file. Right click on your child's name to save the file to your computer (from the http://lneal.com/disboard/file directory). Using a gif image was necessary to maintain the transparency of the image in the event you use the transfer on a colored fabric.

Sue -- send me any additional names that aren't included in the 18 I already have.

Good Afternoon All,

I have finished my Christmas shopping but didn't find enough Disney items to give. I ended up ordering tee shirts from the on line Disney store. I hope we get them in time, but I dought it. That's what I get for being a last minute shopper!! I did find cute pens at WalMart and I have my Tinker Bell pen at my desk. 53 days and counting!!

It was my younger sons 20th birthday yesturday and it gave me an opportunity to get to have dinner with both of my sons last night. It is so hard when they get out on their own to find the time to get together. It will be so much fun to all be together at WDW before Jeff and I go on our cruise.

Does anyone have recommendations on adult night life while at WDW?

PhotoLisa: That is so nice! If you want just "Dan" that's fine for my DS! What a nice thing to do. I'm venturing into tshirts for the first time this week for Alyssa's graduation trip to WDW. She called today so excited we're only 20 days out.

In February on our last cruise, I dropped the pillowcases off to Guest Services without telling the girls. They were so excited the last night of the cruise when the pillowcases were delivered to their room. Did I mention the girls were 15! They couldn't figure out why they received them or where they came from.

Haven't had much time to check the board lately, it has been a busy few months, between working, school and getting ready for the holidays.

Lisa those graphics are great!! I am waiting until after the holiday frenzy to organize any more for the cruise. How long will the files be there??
What types of things are folks doing with them besides pillowcases??
Don't forget to send me your info if you don't see your child's name there!!
(Off to do more wrapping-almost done and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!)

The files will be available for a long time - no need to rush to download them.

The file can be flipped and used for pillowcases and tshirts. Additionally, they can be printed on scrapbook paper (the non-acid kind) and cut out to be attached to a photo mat that can be signed as well.

I will also personalize a photo of the ship with our cruise dates and post that for anyone that wants to use that on their door sign or the center of a pillowcase.

This is the one I did for last February's cruise - just to give you an idea.
