This is my first time posting on any forum, please be kind, but we are getting so excited I just had to join in on the fun. We are travelling with our three girls and can't wait. Our girls are 11, 8 and 3 and looking to make new friends!

Welcome!! There are girls all three of your girls ages with our group! We are going to meet up Saturday on the ship at 3pm at the Mickey Statue in the Atrium! (I personally have no idea where that is....but I'll find it!!)
Also having a grown up meet on Wed. night at 10pm (still trying to figure out where!!)

i want to do the dolphin thing.. but, i think i'm going to wait and do it at discovery cove when dd is a couple of years older...i'm dying to do.. i have this flipper/day of the dolphin fetish.. and i love seeing the dolphins when we go to destin.. i long to swim with them.. alas, i must wait..

I was thinking the same thing about discovery cove but my DS11 heard me say I was going to cancel and he was totally bummed out. My hubby will be scuba diving so I am going to have all 3 by myself (DS11 and DD6 swimimng and my DS4 and myself watching). It just seems like so much money and effort and my husband won't be there to see it or help. I have no idea how my 6 year daughter is going to like being that close to a BIG "fish". I CANT DECIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay...this is important!!

Okay, not life threatening...but it is about the grown-ups Birthday night out!!
I have checked out the most recent Eastern Navigator I could find (Sept), and for Wednesday night (if things don't change, which they might....) and it looks like our best bet for a place to meet is probably Sessions at 10pm. There is louder activities at the other lounges. The kids club and lab have a camp out that night too...so the kiddies should be entertained! Then later (again if the schedule is the same...) after we hang out for a bit....there is 80's Night at Rockin Bar D......you know I'm turning 40 that day...so I'm all over the 80's!!

What does everyone think??

Okay.. if you are having a birthday, have recently had a birthday, will soon have a birthday....or will eventually have a birthday and want it to be known that night....post it or PM me and I'll have alittle somein' somein' for you that night!!

thanks for at least giving me an answer..but, surely if we are back by 4:00 it should be fine for the 4:45 sail away shouldn't it.. i really want to do this excursion.. they say disney people do it all the time..

I struggled with it for awhile. Someone from Dis just got back 2 weeks ago. She said they have to share the dolphin and you don't actually swim with them. She said they were in the tank standing on a ledge thing and the dolphins swim by you and you can touch them.
She said that it was fun but she won't do it again.
We decided to wait till our youngest is old enough to do and enjoy Discovery Cove!

Are your cruise tags green?

We are supposed to get a set of tags for the Disney Magical Express (from MCO) and they're supposed to be yellow.

All we got in our document package were green tags which we assume are for the cruise.

OK, I'm BUMMED!! NO DOC'S today and I just realized that I scheduled myself to work on 2/2 which is the day we are to leave for WDW. I'm losing my mind. I WANT MY CRUISE DOC'S!!!! and someone to work for me.

The 80's are my time too. I'm in. My Bday isn't until May, but I'm a budding adult beverage professional so count me in for the training.
