Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

Finally made it to the gym this morning. 20 min on the stairs, 35 min bike, 30 min weights puts me at 759/1600 - 47%. ALMOST 1/2 way!!!
 

February 10th: 690/1200 minutes...57%. :cool1:

And trying to convince my DH to go do something a little active today! (Feeling fidgety.)
 
Got my 10 miler in for a total of 162 minutes. New total is 605/800.:banana:
 
I am at 670/1300!

I'm really making an effort to get out there on a consistent basis this month. I think I am doing pretty well, especially considering the cold I have had for the past week. No excuses!
 
Updating: Another 30 minutes. This hasn't been a great week for me with work and travel and I know I need to step it up so I will try harder this next week!
 
Hi, I got a 30 minute TM workout putting me at 285/800 for cardio minutes this month.
 
I am at at 420/1000 after a 60 min walk today.
 
675/1750 minutes.........getting there!!:cool1:
 
60 min swimming, 30 min walking puts me at 849/1600 - 53%!!!!!!!
 
I walked 35 min on the treadmill and did 25 min of weights and abs.That brings me to 455/1200.
 
February 11th: 120 minutes today. I love Sundays!


So Far: 810/1200 minutes...68%.
 
Up to 351/600! Past the halfway mark and moving on :yay: ! Great job everybody!!!!!
