Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

I did 35 min on the treadmill,30 min with weights/abs,and 20 min on ther elliptical.That brings me to 630/1200.Yeah I passed the halfway mark!!:cool1:
 
Adding 120 minutes over the last 2 days! Feels good to be out and about again!!!

February 15th: 120 minutes

So Far: 1050/1200 minutes

Too much XT, though, I need to concentrate on strength training.

only 45 minutes today- had to take dd to the bus stop- it's so cold here!

149 minutes of "Sweatin' to the Oldies" this week, so now I'm at 512/950. More than half way there!

Got my 8 miles done tonight for 135 minutes. That brings my total to 805/800 !!! Wow!!! :goodvibes
 
February 17th: 120 minutes and I met my goal! Does this mean I get to be a couch potato for the next 11 days? :lmao:

I forgot to post my 40 minutes yesterday

I am at 545/900

does bowling count as exercise?? I bowled for like 1.5 hrs today? NO I didnt think so...oh well I tried
