Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

Dona, thanks so much for hosting again! Please put me in for 1300 min this month.

I've already started, so far I have 210 min in, so I am at 210/1300! I'm off to a much better start so far this month than last month already! :banana:
 
I'm new and I wanna join...put me down for 900 min, I have already put in 135 if I count my yoga class...shoud I count that? or stick to cardio and wts?

Of course, you can count your yoga class. You can count any exercise -- cutting grass or shoveling snow. It all counts.
 
Please put me down for 900 minutes. I have 50 minutes on the TM done so far.

Hi. I'm new and willing to give this exercise challenge a shot. I'm going to make my first goal realistic and shoot for 700 minutes. Good Luck Everyone!
 
Count me in! Sign me up for 800. This is my first month so is that a decent amount to start with I'm trying to go to the gym 7 days a week to at least do the treadmill I just started yesterday...

Hey, this is really fun! I "walked briskly" with the dog for almost an hour and a half in the snowmelt yesterday, then did swimming "chores" with the boy scouts for 2 hours. I'm at 283/1000 so far. Thanks to everyone who posts here--it's really neat to see what others are doing!
 
I just 30 minutes on elliptical and 15 exercising with weights so I'm at 45/700!
 
Well I was going to walk in the treadmill tonight but I was so anxious to change my exercise amount that I did it this morning. 50 minutes! I actually jogged 8 minutes to see how that went and it went well so I'll keep doing that to increase my stamina.

Funny so did my daughter at the gym we are focused!

Disney 1/2 marathon here we come!

I did a 90 min w/r outdoors today. That puts me at 180/1000.
 
70 min lap swimming today and 40 min walk puts me at 451/1600 - 28%
 
I'm up to 240/800... 150 just today....90 minutes playing basketball and I coach bowling which is also 90 minutes but not truely much exercise so I'll say about 30 minutes and I just did a mile on the treadmill in 25 minutes plus about 10 minutes of warm ups....

Got 30 minutes of strength training in today. That brings my total to 218/800.
 
I'm a newbie but I would love to sign up and give it a go, maybe it will get me motivated. How about putting me down for 600 minutes for this month. Thanks
 
Sign me up for 600 for starters. I try to choose low end and then go over my goal. Never did complete my posts for Jan., but I know I made my goal with all the walking at WDW.
