Feb. 5th discount ?

I am not familiar with school breaks in the States and i noticed last year that the free dining offer had a gap in the Feb. dates.

So my question for the experts is do you think I would be safe booking for Feb. 5th and still be able to receive free dining if its offered.

Based on the last two years, no.
Of course, WDW changes things all the time.
I'm figuring that the last day to arrive for free dining before mid-Feb. (probably around the 9th) would be Jan. 31.
I'm betting on a gap between Feb.1 and 9.
I could be wrong, but that's my guess.
