It appears to be scheduled if you check the EMM "direct link" HERE.

EMM is technically a “dining” event so it appears on various park calendars on the WDW website and app in an inconsistent basis.

For example, you’ll see “Ticketed Event: 7:45-9AM” listed on this page: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destinations/magic-kingdom/

But not many of the other calendars.

It does appear that 2/4 is sold out at the moment, FWIW.

Disney calendars and listings are notoriously inconsistent.
They just updated a bunch of info for Feb.
Give it some time.

It's still scheduled for 2/4, I'm attending. My ticket is listed in my MDE.
