I shipped my Fe gifts
Crud, I should do that. I can carry them on in a tote, but we're hand-carrying so much stuff as it is. I wonder if I ship them Monday (from here in NC) if they'll be available on time. Hmm....

We have late dining now, but are waitlisted for first. Now that we've had some time to think about it, I think the late dining might actually be better, so we'll see.
BTW, I see you're from the UP. I grew up in the lower peninsula -- if we meet on the boat I'll show you the freckle on my hand right where my hometown is!
We have had seven snow days so far this year -- back to school for the kiddos tomorrow. I think this vacation is going to be extra sweet with the cold Winter we've been having.

We have late dining, but we got on the waitlist for early dining back in October. I hope we get bumped because I really don't think DS is going to make it. I know a lot of people sing the praises of late dining, but really - he's 3. He doesn't nap. He's not going to make it given he's usually in the bed by 8. If we tried to keep him up we'd have one bratty child on our hands. We'd be the ones leaving the dining room carrying him out kicking from exhaustion and us mumbling, "Excuse us, excuse us" with our heads bowed in humiliation.
