Anyone else doing Las Caletas in PV? I've heard amazing things about it! Seems to be referred to as the Castaway Cay of the Mexican Riviera cruise! Now that sounds good to me! We're booked for that!

Its a great adventure! The BBQ meal they serve was the best food we had in PV!

We are also booked for Las Caletas. My kids were SOLD when I showed them the photos of the kids holding the giant parrot and the zipline. It sounds fantastic and I haven't heard a single negative thing about it. Hopefully it's as fun as it looks.

Almost time!!! We were out of power for almost 5 days last week after a foot of snow and an ice storm. CAN'T WAIT to go to Mexico!

We just booked that excursion, and cancelled our tour and tequilla tasting. When I went online and looked at Las Caletas, it looked beautiful. I thought it would be nicer to do that with the whole family.

All I want to know now is... IS IT TOO EARLY TO PACK?????

Almost time!!! We were out of power for almost 5 days last week after a foot of snow and an ice storm. CAN'T WAIT to go to Mexico!

Wow, 5 days without power! That would be horrible. We are just coming off a week of -30C temps with -45C windchills! That is the coldest we've had it this winter. So we can relate for getting away from winter.

We got our documents today! Probably arrived earlier but we hadn't gotten to the post office to pick up the mail due to the storm. Now it's real!!!

I started packing (well gathering is more accurate, haven't packed anything) stuff like OTC medicines and travel size toiletries and stuff.

I have had cruise dreams two nights in a row! A little over 4 weeks out!!!

We are leaving for Disneyland next week. So, after that trip then I can focus on this cruise. The kids are sick now, though. I told them fine to be sick now so they won't be on the cruise! The good news is we've finally got our DS potty trained! YEAH! I told him the only way he'd be able to go on the cruise was to be potty trained. So, everyday he's asking if it's time to leave. Also, we've started looking at DCL cruises for 2013. So, that we'll know which one to book for next year onboard. Can't wait to go!!

Woohoo!!! That will be us there so soon! I have the busiest two weeks last week and this week, and once Wednesday rolls around, I'll be done with most of these crazy back to back events and will be able to really get excited about the cruise!
Wednesday I believe I'll bring out the suitcases and start to set some things aside in them! Hooray!!!

You must be near us . Our kids missed a week of school, we lost power for three days and the ice was scary . I also did some damage to one of our cars because of the ice, my husband was less than thrilled.

Wow! That resort looks awesome too! Does anyone know if you can get a day pass there? Or know anything about this place?

We have just booked this sailing. We are first timers and will be bringing 18 mo old. Because it was last minute only second seating was available. What are chances of getting that changed? DD bedtime is 9 and well have give up main dining. Second question, is the food delicious?

When you first get to the port you'll receive a daily navigator and it'll tell you where to go for dining changes. Once you are on the boat, head the the designated place and ask there. I don't know what your chances are, but I hope you get the seating you want!

Some of the food is delicious, and some is so-so. Don't forget that they are preparing meals for 1500 at a time, so it isn't always perfect. But it's pretty darned good!

If you can't get your seating changed, you do have other options for dinner. Beach Blanket Buffet is a sit down restaurant at night. I've never been there for dinner, but I hear good things about them. I guess it's sort of a training area at night, but the food is made to order, so it is supposed to be quite good.

Your other choice is room service. It's fully included in your fare, but don't forget to tip the waiter that brings it to your room!

We are getting so excited! We are filling our ipods and ipads with new music and movies, trying on our summer clothes and pulling out the pirate costumes from Halloween. Soooo excited!! This is our second year in a row sailing the Wonder to the Mexican Riviera and we just can't wait. We are bring six friends with us this time so it should be even more fun!

We have our FE gifts finished and packed!! Of course they take up half a suitcase!! Went clothes shopping yesterday and started getting together our dinner clothes!!!
