Feb 2019

We are making our first ever trip to DLR Feb 27 - March 5 2019. Hoping it won't be bad, especially since it's after President's Day.

Our plan is to be in the parks Thurs, Friday, Sunday and Monday. We are touring the surrounding areas on Saturday. I am also doing the Walk In Walt's Footsteps tour on that Sunday since I figure it will be a busier day.

And DLR vets think this is a good idea or should it be done on that Friday? Also, what nights would be best to view Fantasmic and WOC (assuming they are on those four days we are in the parks)?

Saturdays are now consistently nice days in the parks, so you might want to keep that in mind, if you were thinking of avoiding crowds on that day. I would do WOC on the Thursday, since it shows nightly. Friday and Sunday are your nights (most likely) for fireworks and F!, so that would depend on when you can get your dining package reservations for F! (if you are planning on doing one). Then you'll have the Monday to re-do WOC if you like it very much or do a special dinner or something else fun.

So how is the first days of march? We can't go till March now since we don't have enough points to borrow for feb.

Thanks for the info! What day would you recommend doing Walt's footsteps? Should plan to do our day in LA on a different day than that Saturday?

Try starting a new thread with these questions. You should get lots of good suggestions and advice. Mondays have become crowded days now (What’s causing this Monday madness?), so that might affect your itinerary.
