Talked to DCL and they say they are on the way here but who knows how long that will take. I hope not too long. This is a bummer but hopefully we will get on there soon.

This sucks I hate delays! And freebie to Epcot isn't any good to me LOL. I know we're going to miss that yummy buffet, I hope its not too late and cuts into dinner time too!

Well we lose out on a night on the ship AND St. Martin! Why couldn't they skip St. Thomas... St. Martin's the good stop.

Passengers who were delayed and who will board on Sunday for the now six-day rather than seven-day cruise will be offered:

Free hotel stay Saturday either on or off Disney property, and a free day at Epcot for their entire party
$20 per person on board credit for the meal they would have gotten Saturday night. The credit can be used on the ship when they board.
$100 per stateroom on board credit
A 20 percent refund
Option to cancel cruise without penalty and with full refund

We were able to get into the Country Inn tonight. Did not feel like making the trip to Orlando for the freebies

Call DCL - they will reimburse you for your hotel tonight We are staying the the Residence Inn in Cape Canaveral tonight.

I have to say that Disney has been great today. We are staying in a $470.00 suite at Boardwalk tonight, had meal money and a day at EPCOT. Of course I wanted to be ion the ship, but hey... stuff happens! Tomorrow the adventure begins anew

Adventures......I LOVE adventures!! We are hanging out in a hotel in Cape Canaveral and having at blast!!! Life is what you make it

Since we live in Orlando DCL said they wouldn't comp us a room near the port. So we came home and did the Pirate dinner show which was pretty fun. Got some cute pictures.

I assumed that since we didn't meet today we would keep to the plan just a day later We will have plenty of stories to tell of our great Disney Adventure today!

According to the other thread both ships are in port. I can't see either from the 4th floor of the Country Inn as the Freedom is in the way.

It's 10:45 PM and we are home (finally!). In spite of the crazy beginning, it was a wonderful week. It was so fun to meet you all, to get to really know some of you, and to share a lot of good times. hello all! home safe and sound now. Whew! What an adventure that cruise was!

Just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you for the FE gifts. The kids had so much fun with it! Everyone was so generous, I was truly overwhelmed! sorry we didn't get to meet too many of you in person. I guess we were on a different schedule.. my kids needed naps most of the late afternoons.

Thank you again and hope all of you are home safe and relaxed!

Hi all! We landed at 5:45 last night. We even got to see Karen and Meaghan in the airport before we boarded.

It was great to meet all of you, we enjoyed the FE so much (oh, look, we got more presents!!), and we enjoyed the Ladies Lunch and the swap was a lot of fun. The group photo came out really good as well. It was great to share dining with some of you too.

A big plus was getting to know some of you even better. Castaway Cay was a fun day with a bunch of us on Serenity Bay.

Hi, Everyone,

Wow what a great first Disney Cruise for us. A full seven days would have been great, so we hope to do this again and visit St Martin, and get the full Disney experience.

The FE was awesome. Our daughter loved coming back to the room to see what we had each day. So sad that it is over now, but if we can get a good deal on a future cruise you will see us posting again and doing the FE again.

Does Dreams Unlimited offer an extra ship board credit if we use them, or anything? We did book on board to hold a room at 20% off, but will write Disney to see if they are offering anything additional for guests that were on this shortened cruise.

Also if anyone has copies of the group photo we all took, please post the link.

Agreed it was a fantastic cruise once we got onboard. Nice to meet everyone at the Budget office and then the meet & greet.

FE gifts were great as well. Had too much to carry home!

I hope everyone enjoyed their punching bag balloon!
