Here is a very quick review of the Fear Factor Stunts.
Stunt 1: The host appears on scaffolding above the Fear factor set. He then introduces the 6 contestants. While they prepare for the stunt we watch a video with mini-interviews of the contestants. The contestants are above the set standing up straight holding on to a bar. When the host says go, the platform they are standing on drops, and they are stuck hanging onto the bar. First 2 to fall off are eliminated, and the last one hanging gets to pick teams for the next stunt. After 15-20 seconds, a wind machine is turned on, so the contestants hanging now have to deal with wind in their face.
Time-killer Stunt 1: While they prepare for Stunt 2, they bring out a chair that seems very similar to what was used for Infestation a couple of HHNs ago. They get someone from the audience (picked preshow, possibly at the casting booth- not sure.) to sit in the chair and put her head in the box. Spinning the wheel they decided what creepycrawlie to put on her head. Both times I saw the show it was a type of scorpion, so I wouldn't be shocked if it is that everytime (especially considering some of the dialogue leading up to it.) They put 6 scorpions on top of the participants head, and then take them off. There is one more surprise that ends this stunt, but I will keep that as a surprise.
Stunt 2: First, they break up into teams, and then, there are two parts to this stunt.
Part 1: 1 team member is being head up in the air holding a bucket, and the other team has to race to a fish tank filled with eels and grab a beanbag out of the tank. They then run back and toss the bean bag into the bucket their teammate is holding. Meanwhile, audience volunteers are in control of giant water guns to squirt the runners.
Part 2: Beanbags are replaced with dead octopus/squid things. The people being held in the air are taken back and held up higher and are given the squids to hold. When the stunt begins, they are swung foward and have to toss their squid into a bucket being held by their teammate. Team with the most squid in their bucket advance to the final stunt. Losing team is eliminated.
