FD pin code spring/June - book by date?

Anyone know what the date is you have to have this booked by? I may be changing my dates by a few days, and am trying to see if still may be able to switch or if I've passed the book by such-and-such date for this and won't have any luck switching my dates around a bit.
It's the one that is good for free dining up till June 30th. thanks!

It varies, I recieved 2 pins for his, one was book by Feb 29h. The one I recieved last week was by March 31...too bad I am not going until August
