FD offered to GP tomorrow, do you need a code?

I thought I read in another post that there were codes needed when the DV members called to get the FD. A different code depending on where you were staying?

I am planning to start calling at 6:45am EST since we know that FD is coming out for the GP, but do we need any type of code when we call. I mean, if they don't have it announced on WDW website yet will they QA me? Just want to be prepared!

I am not going to sleep at all tonight waiting for my alarm to go off, lol!

Ok, I'm starting this to help me and other Dis'ers out tomorrow. I know some CM's will not apply the code unless you tell them what it is. And truthfully, I won't be able to scan thru countless threads to find the code.

So if anyone has it NOW or get it first thing in the morning, can they post it here so we don't have to search endlessly? And if anyone is willing to txt it to me, PM me. I will be at work tomorrow at 7am but I don't have internet access. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Yes there are codes for the Disney Visa Members. You will need it when you call I believe.
You should've been emailed the code. Check your junk mail, mine was in there.

I don't have a Disney Visa. I am calling tomorrow for the FD offer to the GP. Just wondering if I am going to need some type of code? I would hate to get through then have to call back.

You will not need a code...Just tell them you are interested in booking with the free dining promo for the general public and they will set you up

BTW You can start calling @ 6:45 but the phone lines don't open until 7.

I am confused Why would I need to phone at 6:45 if the phones don't open until 7 am?? Do they start putting you in a que at 6:45 am???

The OP said they were going to start calling at 6:45am. I'm pretty sure this was a response to that comment.

I have Disney Visa and I called Thurs to apply FD to our already booked trip at CBR. I didnt need a code I just stated I wanted to change my package to the Visa Free Dining.

We're already booked for Aug 22-30 so I am crossing fingers and toes that switching to FD won't be too much of a problem. I don't want to change resorts.

yes as long as you check in by oct. 2nd you can have free dining for your stay, i think up to 14 days

You do not need the code to book and if the CM says you do immediately ask for supervisor... because he or she is not very well trained.

FD with GP is up and running @ 6:35. Just booked ours successfully.
Got email confirmation already.
