FD Bounceback ?

I just read on a few other threads that some people are not offered the bounceback? Why? Would there be any reason that you couldn't print a copy of the flyer and just call when you're checked in? I figured that it wasn't really picking and choosing who got the bounceback flyer, so much as it was just that a flyer didn't get left by housekeeping? But maybe I'm wrong and they are placed in certain rooms only?

As long as they can verify that youre checked in you can book the bounceback
