faxing shareholder documents....

our card needs renewed and ive been trying to fax the documents today but the line just goes dead and wont process it.....

anyone have any ideas whats up? used number on their page and on renewal form...

Hi,

No help with the fax line I'm afraid but I have had no problem at all with e-mail, they respond very promptly: eurodisney@clubactionnaires.com. If you still struggle it might be worth e-mailing them to check the number/ask them to check the line.

i had emailed them and took them over a week to reply!! originally I am sure we just emailed the documents and it was fine but this time I filled in the online renewal form and we received an email saying we needed to print it off sign and fax/post it back. so i signed back in and the form wasnt there so emailed them and a week later they sent email with our form attached saying print and fax! so have done but now the fax number not working

will call them thursday when I get a day off... just thought it would be easier to fax...

I had no luck with the fax, a friend that works at a rival TV company even tried for a few days & nothing went through.

We both tried emailing, but that didn't work either. They got the emails, but an think they needed actual signature or something

In the end I posted & wished I'd just done that on day one. They did email me through a temporary card though

The fax number I have is 00 33 1 64 74 56 36 and have just dialled it and it answered as a fax but I didn't try and send anything

I faxed my forms earlier today to 0033 164745636 about 1.30 it was busy & kept redialling but eventuallyit went through about 20mins later, if its the same number, I would just keep trying as its just busy.

Very obvious, but I tried to fax them for days from my work, only to discover that International numbers were barred

I ended up signing the document, scanning it into the pc and emailing it to them. They accepted fine. I think they just need the signature on it and assume that this will need to be faxed, as not everyone has access to scan/email after singning iykwim.
