Fax number for FW???

I want to fact in a cabin/loop request to the FW staff. Anyone know the number? Also how many days in advance should I do this?

Thank you ... I made my ressies over the Internet, then had to call CRO due to Delta "dropping" the flight I had originally choosen, had to add a day at FW (separate ressie) ... the CM asked if I wanted a specific loop or cabin, but by then I was frazzled and said "no" ... later I realized that it would be nice to have the same cabin that we had last year ... so I'm going to fax in the request ... four days in advance as suggested by the article.
