Fax # for room requests - help!

I was told to fax my room/building request 3 days prior to arrival to the hotel directly - but I can't seem to find a fax # anywhere! It's not on my reservation form and I can't find it online- can anyone point me in the right direction? It's needed for All Star Music. THANKS!
