We always ride it everytime we go - it has some great views of some of the attractions with good photo opportunities too!

Without a doubt, Splash Mountain.
I bought the park music CD just so I could listen to the Splash Mountain theme again and again.
Love PoC too. Heck, love all of them, but SM is special.
