Favourite building at OKW?!!!

I'm interested to hear about which building people like best at OKW for future trip planning!
We have so far stayed in Building 46 which had a nice view of the waterway and was a short stroll to the pool and bus stop.
We have twice stayed in 55 which is our current favourite! It's an the end of a cul de sac, very quiet, with a view of the waterway and right next door to the quiet pool! Lovely!!!
Which is your favourite and why?!! Ever had a location that you didn't like?!!

We like building 35 because its in "Phase II" (has the connecting door through the laundry area to the master bath), is near the bus stop (directly across the street) and near the Turtle Pond quiet pool.

Our favorite building so far is Building #15. The location was just perfect-close enough to HH to make it a short walk, even carrying food to eat in our villa, but far enough away to be very quiet. And our view (I forget which hole) was fantastic. We haven't really had a location we didn't like. Actually, my favorite location is....being at OKW!

I've always liked 23 & 26. Both are close to a bus stop and within short walking distance to HH. 23 is where I stayed on my first OKW visit. I also like 51 (stayed in it twice: once in a GV on another member's points, then in a 2BR a month ago) for the peace & quiet.

I'm a fan of the buildings in the SouthPoint area for their proximity to DTD...nice walk along the golf course!

Like the South Point buildings also. Hope to get 55 this trip as we have never stayed there but it is the one listed on my deed. I would really like to stay in "my building"

55, 46, 45, 18, 14, 13, 15, 21,22, 52, 16, 64, 29.

We've stayed at 63 twice and have had glorious vacations there. We really enjoy watching the high Epcot fireworks every evening. You get a view of the fairway plus the pond with a water feature. We like the close proximity to HH and the choice of three bus stops (Penninsular, Miller's Road or HH). Oh yeah, the elevators are great after a day of hoofing it around the parks!

It is a little more populated (buses, people walking over the bridge, cars driving over the bridge, etc.), but we like a little hustle and bustle when on vacation.

Overall, we love OKW!!!

The posts to this thread prove why there really is no BEST building at OKW! LOL! Everyone will have a different favorite for a different reason. While I love 55 and 46 most, I also really liked 13 and 14, and I love the views from 18-22.

You're right, OKW is just the best! You're never going to end up looking at a car park, wall or bush!!!!! Has anyone ever had a location that they didn't like?

I've got a ton of room reports from OKW and there are only 3 (coincidently one for each size unit) that comment on having a "terrible view". 2826 (studio), 4423 (1 BR), and 3827 (2 BR). Of course, I don't know what the guests' expectations were.

I really like the Building Pod that includes 23-26. The bus stop is right in front and the main pool is just across the street.

Sometimes the studios have lousy views. The a/c units end up right in front of them and there is often a lot of vegetation around the balcony so it is hemmed in. If you're renting a studio I would request a higher floor.

The first two digits of the numbers are the building number.

Building 14 here close to HH.

We have stayed in 14 & 55 and of the two, I liked 55. Really quiet, some great views (we were on the second floor). 14 was close to HH and the last bus stop before leaving the resort.

Looking forward to a trip back to OKW one day.

Bldg 45 is our favorite so far (though it's hard to choose !). We loved the water/canal view from 45, the serene feeling from sitting out on the balcony and it's only maybe a 5 min walk to the main pool/HH.
We're checking in this weekend.......can't wait to see which bldg we get. I usually only request "non smoking and water view".

We never request a building, just non-smoking. We enjoy the surprise of finding out our room at check-in. In 11 OKW visits, we've never had a room we didn't like and we've stayed in every section! Next month we're going to stay at BCV and VWL, our first time at each, and are looking forward to the new experience.
