Favorite windowsill batter operated timer candle

Does anyone have a favorite 'normal battery aa, aaa, c, d' operated candle for their windowsill? I bought expensive bronze base QVC battery operated timer ones 5-6 years ago but they were dim and the glass bulbs kept breaking so I threw them out eventually. Since then I've been looking for other ones to warm up the rooms during the long winter nights but the biggest complaints are flame colors (green & orange) or dimness (led i think) or instability or weird battery sizes.

I hear you. I have been thru them as well. The ones I have now are from Brookstone and they have redone them. They are on clearance now and reviews are good. Light outside is brighter now than the light inside. I might order them as well b/c the ones I have now are pretty faint to me so it seems like they revamped them

you are welcome and LOL I had no intention of ordering candles I have them but the light is pretty dim so when I saw the new technology I too jumped on it this morning!

I got some great ones from Christmas tree shops. They sell them every Christmas. Mine still has a lot right.
